If i wake up and put on a Patriots #12 jersey, does that make me Tom Brady?
If i wake up and put on a black robe, does that make me a member of the supreme Court?

Then how can me putting on a dress make me a woman?

The consensus view, up until last month, was that exposing genitals unwanted to someone with opposite genitals was unacceptable.

OK. Show me the case of the court action where this is happening. This bill is not about people exposing themselves. That's what proponents of this bill tried to turn it into. That was the fear mongering.

Women and children who are told they must be willing to view unclothed people of the opposite anatomy as the price of entering their own locker rooms are not truly giving consent.

I'm curious. When, exactly, was the last time you saw any person of the opposite anatomy in the locker room? I mean, up close and personal? Sorry to be crude, but I don't exactly go swinging my vag around just because I have to change clothes.

While my experience might be limited to the trans* folks that I know, none of them are swinging their junk anytime they have to use public facilities. Most experience WAY more fear and/or anxiety than you or I do because we pick a ladies room, rather than a men's room. While I agree that ALL people should be conscientious of their surroundings, I don't expect to get beat up just because I make a pit stop at a fast food restaurant and have to worry about which door I choose.

Nobody has even accused you of being a human, you lack the necessary and sufficient conditions of being a vertebrate. That lacks any cogent commerce with the question, which is real, what about inter-sexed? are the nutsuckers now going to go bigger government and overreaching abridge freedoms and more borrow and spend and legislate a third or fourth or fifth bathroom to satisfy equal protections? If the fucking idiotic nutsuckers are framing this law in the spirit of such nutsuckerism? because I am going to tell you that when a bullshit law goes down to SCOTUS and this is historical and 100% they are very careful to not frame it for or against religion, but end up with rulings based on the equal protections clause.

Nutsuckers are stupid, they talk into microphones, and they do it in public.

That you ascribe material to being all it takes to be something, you dont seem to be able to follow the issue with any sense or knowledge..

LMAO....Unclothed people of the opposite sex???
wow I must someday, get around to charging my father for walking around naked when I was a toddler, I never gave him consent.
Women can be as harmful to women(trans or not) and children in washrooms and locker rooms. But allof a sudden, trans people are more dangerous than kiddy fiddlers or abusive people(physical or mental).
I dont get nekid when I pee, OR poop. In a mens room, a genuine unisex loo or a locker room. Going to the bathroom in a public place has never been "safe".
Going to a girls school for 7 years taught me that.

Because you choose not to shower at a gym after working out OR to change out of a wet swim suit, you are okay with doing away with all the exposure laws. Interesting.

Ya see, I am not okay with kids being exposed to the opposite genitalia of strangers. I also think consent is important. I thought that consent was a feminist issue, but I can see it is trumped by virtue signaling.

Very few posts on these forums make me want to raise my eyes and pray for strength.

Congratulations.

The visual has me in hysterics.
If I didnt have an anti vaj thing going on, it would be worth going around local bathrooms to "see the real thing"..
But I do, so I wont.

Oh I have done and I prefer not to, I was forced to as a child at a girls school by the school. no choice.

ANd before you go making assumptions about how I feel about doing away with existing exposure laws. Stop yourself. you are assuming your own bullshit.
And as for the other bullshit, I prefer kids dont see genitalia of strangers too, so kiss my arse.
Are you going to accuse me of being a "groomer" now? or go the whole hog and assume Im a secret pede?

LadyPact,

We get the key for the family changing room so that I am not bringing a male child into the female changing room.

I said nothing about pit stops at a bathroom.

I have only talked about locker rooms.

Middle school and high school students are required to take gym and that involves gym clothes, showering, and all of that. We are telling them that their (or their parent's) consent does not matter when being exposed to the opposite genitalia. I do not see that as okay.

mnottertail -> RE: Keep Our State Straight. GOP AG. (4/26/2016 6:07:34 PM)

You go stand up at the urinal, (I know girls dont believe the next part, but you stick your peener in their), or if you take a dump you close and lock the door. there aint much genitalia flashing going on in a bathroom. And guys dont and girls wouldnt bend over to pick up soap in the shower. There aint a lot of genitalia flashing going on in the mens, but we know you women do lez shit in the bathroom all the time, thats why it takes two of you to pee.

Aylee,

To be quite frank, I'd have been thrilled for any unisex and/or family anything. Do you really see most of these public facilities or businesses spending the money on the additional plumbing?

Heck, all it takes is for Aunt Flo to show up to have my modesty make my run for a private stall. Imagine if I had a penis. [8D]

Speculation, of course. Still willing to read any link presented where anybody is being exposed to the genitalia of those with different anatomy. All I ask is that it's not rhetoric and we have some listings of documented cases.

I do appreciate your efforts. Thank you. I'd be more than happy to discuss them.

From your first link, there are some key points.

(If this is the same issue, somebody is a really sh^tty reporter.)

"A man wearing board shorts entered the woman's locker room and removed his shirt."

And...

"Employees report that the man made no verbal or physical attempt to identify as a woman, yet he still cited a new rule that allows bathroom choice based on gender identification."

So, some dude decided to "prove a point" and that's what we're going with? He didn't identify as female... AT ALL.

Second link doesn't cite any cases of indecent exposure. It's a "just in case" measure.

I admit I had originally seen this on facebook. There doesnt seem to be a news report, yet. I somehow dont think there will be. But legit or not... is it going to come down to being policed with Bathroom ID being required everywhere?
people seem to think satirically and seriously that she should have "just" shown them her vaj.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3556556/Shocking-moment-girl-16-jumped-gang-bullies-beaten-death-school-fight-boy.html

The shocking moment bullies attacked and killed a 16-year-old girl at school: Cell phone video captured 'fight over a boy' that ended in tragedy
Amy Inita Joyner-Francis, 16, died after being attacked by a gang of girls
Witnesses said the victim had got into a fight with another girl over a boy
She was suddenly jumped by a gang of girls in the bathrooms of Howard High School of Technology
Video shows the teen being grabbed by her hair and forced to her knees
Joyner was knocked out and her head allegedly banged against the sink
Amy was flown by helicopter to A.I. DuPont Children's Hospital in critical condition where she was later pronounced dead
Classmate said Amy didn't 'believe in fighting' and probably went into the bathroom to 'talk things out'

This is the horrific moment high school teen Amy Inita Joyner-Francis was allegedly attacked and killed by a group of bullies in the school bathrooms.
The picture, taken from cellphone footage, shows the 16-year-old being forced to her knees by a girl who has grabbed hold of her hair.
Wilmington police are investigating and that the assault may have been filmed by one or more of Joyner-Francis' attackers.

The fight broke out around 8.15am on Thursday before classes at Howard High School of Technology, a vocational school in Wilmington, Delaware.
Students who witnessed the deadly scuffle said that Joyner and another girl started fighting in one of the women's bathrooms over a boy, when a gang of other girls jumped the victim.
At one point, someone slammed her head against a sink, according to witnesses who spoke with 6ABC.

Last week, on another thread, a fellow poster voiced his disdain about the men's room being the "shared" facilities with the trans* community. He spoke of his displeasure about "what about his modesty".

And I thought about it for a minute. So, school, camp, maybe sporting events, concerts... For fifty some-odd years, we're talking about someone who dropped trow, urinating in commune with every other cis-male that ever entered a restroom or locker room at the same time. After decades of communal p^ssing, it's a problem now?

I can't speak for other people. However, I've taken the wrong turn at the restrooms before. Nobody who has to pee is so distracted by anybody who has the peen out that they are more worried about that than having to take a leak.

If you are concerned about who is going to see you, might I suggest that you use as stall. [:-]
