Do they have journalists there at all, or just interns on summer break?

You know, the interns who couldn't get the good internships.

This is Fox: the interns on summer break are working for the proper network in the 'States, and they don't send the competent staff to the UK.

Where do they send the competent staff in Faux Nuze, and who might those electricians be?

Yeah ... Fox News doesn't stand up to the journalistic ethics of ... Dan Rather ... or Brian Williams ... or Rachel Madcow.

Fox News isn't even on the same playing field with those ethically up-standing folks.

It is a God-given right and instincts to be free. I know it goes against many people on this website because the leftists don't believe in God, but that doesn't diminish the facts of nature.

You're quite correct... I don't believe in God... or at least not a God which grants such "rights". But let's talk about the instinct part. That has meat on the bone. You are absolutely correct that most all of us have an instinct to be free. But that's not the only instinct we have. We also have, for instance, an instinct to congregate in groups. We have an instinct for survival also which happens to benefit from cooperation. As should be obvious, as species go humans are pretty damned social.

In addition, the very idea of "freedom" bears a closer looking at... particularly here on a site where so many subs & slaves are hoping to give up their "freedom". Generally, someone only senses a loss in freedom when something they believe to be their "right" is curtailed. But that's a highly subjective and individual analysis. For instance, I value separation of church and state and I respond negatively to efforts to entwine them. Fundamentalists, on the other hand, value theocracy and so depending on how a government chooses, one of us is going to see a loss of freedom and the other a gain in freedom.

In a situation of countervailing forces and subjective measures, the absoluteness with which you declare this "god given right" is suspect. If you disagree, you ought to move to Somalia which is much closer to mark of "individual freedom" than countries like the US or UK.

In this case, the smaller group has opted out of the aggregation... and frankly, I agree that it's their right and I agree with their decision. But I see no supportable argument for any sort of absolutism here.

Absolutely. This character of 'freedom' being a highly subjective and individual notion also makes it open to manipulation. We've had decades of the view being pumped at us here in the UK that exit from the EU will give us "freedom"^ that lots of people now actually believe that they're freer as a result of Brexit. It's a little bit like this phenomenon you have over there where, with a certain (albeit rarer?) sort of person, you cannot mention the word 'freedom' without him assuming you must be talking about gun-ownership. People don't generally examine the word, nor think too much about what it does, or could, mean *in itself*. Thus in Britain it's unlikely that people go around feeling lighter and happier as a result of Brexit: they'll be living in a poisoned political culture, an economy that is in free fall, and under an already right wing government that only a quarter of the people wanted but which will now be much more under the control of the right wing of that government.

^ as well as make Britain 'Great' again ... for a while at least, till the Scots take their independence as a result of the Brexit they didn't want and there no longer *is* a Britain any more, Great or Little - but that's by the way ....

It's a great day for FREEDOM for the people of the U.K. Congratulations on a job well done. Independence is the natural order of things, not centralized government.

LMAO I see your knowledge of history is as stupid as the rest of your pointless idiotic posts.

Care to explain yourself or are you just putting your idiocy on display?

Where is Independence the natural order of things?

Leftists don't believe in God? Please tell me you are really not so stupid that you believe that bullshit or explain why I shouldn't put your bigoted ass on hide with the rest of the trolls.

Oh and just for the record. Lucy wasn't putting her idiocy on display. Those were your words she quoted.

The historic “Brexit” vote has the Texas Nationalist Movement calling on Governor Greg Abbott to support a “Texit.”

“It is past time that the people of Texas had their say on our continued relationship with the Union and its sprawling Federal bureaucracy,” TNM president Daniel Miller posted on the group’s website. “The win for Brexit opens the door for Texit by establishing, concretely, that it is possible to have an adult conversation on independence and letting the people have the final say.”

in this case vile critter parts, what you wrote is the content.

riiiiight, because you or other news organizations besides fox have never made a mistake like that before. and never mind the fact that they spent many days correctly discussing the eu prior to the mistake on the graphic.

sorry to spoil your wet dream comrade. it seems the best you can do is fail at trying to make mountains out of molehills.

and here's a novel thought for you---how about watching fox news for a handful of days/weeks instead of parroting the nonsensical and unsupportable "faux nuze" moniker of your leftie fellows and then maybe you can speak about them with a some intelligence.

Perhaps you can point out with credible citations the numerous mistakes of ABC,CNN,NBC,NPR,BBC,CBS, and with your total of actual credible dumb fucking mistakes (real ones now, not nutsucker pantshitting) I will provide 5 from Faux alone. Or WND alone. Or Breitbart alone. Or townhall alone (I will just copy your ineffectual nutsucker slobberblogging felch for that one.

Go nutsucker, you have 1 hour to lick your toilet clean shiteater44, quit beating off yourself and your partner, get out of that airport bathroom and off your knees and make yourself useful this one time in your life fuckwhistle44.

Dont let me down twatwaffle44, you are an expert felchgobbler douchecanoe44, I know you got it in you.

Ready, Set, KEEP ON FELCHIN, you have been at it since your miserable being shit out on a stump and hatched in the sun.

For those who don't pack there will be four words.
"Learn to speak spanish"
From the instant texas relinquishes federal protection till the mexican flag flies over texas will be a very short period of time.

Texas had that discussion with Mexico already.

Tejas was made up mostly of illegal immigrants from the US when it revolted from Mexico, in a short while Tejas will be majority Hispanic and if they 'TEXIT' that'll be the first step in returning to the mother country. Mexicans always liked the Dallas Cowboys....
