Women are just as vulnerable if engaging in unprotected anal sex. It's the anal that makes you more vulnerable to transmission.

Most of the regulars voted to leave rather than pay anything at all. The owner either doesn't have funds, or the time, or the inclination (or all 3) to make the vast changes and improvements needed to make this site worth paying for. That would leave very few members left to pay any charges or fees. What little revenue collected from paying members wouldn't be enough to make the site viable - it would close down.
