House Speaker Paul Ryan is truly the only one with power who can hold Trump accountable. What happen to checks and balances? I hope Ryan has enough sense to stand up to Trump and not just be a rubber stamp Congress. I may not agree on Ryan on much but I would hope he has enough commonsense to do what's right for the country overall and not what's just easy for his Republican party. Time will tell.

Well it would not be your version of philosophy, It certainly hasnt helped you.
I despised your "philosophy" at an early age as being insane, vile and ugly:)

But didn't the Jews put all of these evil leftist ideas into people's heads?

Anyways, despite the fact you're wrapping it in Nietszche, the idea that left simply wants to coddle people or treat everyone like spoiled children is a straw man.

Egalitarianism isn't about pretending everyone is the same, it's about giving everyone equal opportunities-- and NO, society is not currently structured to do so. The weak are actually empowered by the RIGHT, because their policies are the ones handicapping, ostracizing, or otherwise creating negative conditions for strong members of minority groups while aggressively promoting and supporting weaker members of majority groups based on irrelevant qualities such as nepotism, skin color, family connections, religion, etc.

You're going on and on about how black people need to pull themselves up and yet Trump's election is largely the result of white working class men who are upset because all of their high-paying low-skill jobs have been taken away by minorities... why don't they just suck it up and fucking ADAPT instead of blaming people who make about a dollar a day in horrible conditions? Why don't you accuse them of having 'slave morality'? It's so bizarre that you don't realize that Trump is where he is because he acted like an authority figure and people gravitated towards that because they themselves are weak. His entire platform, along with that of the white supremacists who love him, revolves around placing irrelevant personal characteristics like 'Americanness' and 'whether or not you vote for Trump' ahead of noble personal qualities like intelligence, industry and ability.

You can argue that strong minorities would be successful regardless, but it's telling that immigrants tend to be more successful than American-born minorities-- to me it suggests that the culture is actually toxic in that regard and not being part of it is an advantage.

Please tell me how American workers have an equal opportunity to compete against some guy in China who will do the job for $1/hour. We freed the slaves but you seem to think slavery is fine as long as you can't see it.

I think most of what you wrote above is eloquently worded bullshit.

First of all, YOU didn't free the slaves-- industrialization freed the slaves. Depicting it as some sort of noble gesture based on moral principles is incredibly dishonest. Other countries did away with slavery before the US finally got around to it, mostly because they were standing in the way of the industrial revolution... the US was no different.

And it's telling that you have zero sympathy for black people facing a society that rejects them at nearly every turn, and yet when it comes to white people who refuse to adapt to the global economy, you have all the sympathy in the world and demand that action be taken to give them back the dignity they can't reclaim for themselves. So this isn't perpetuating the slave mentality? They should be given back the mind-numbing labor jobs they think they want because they're too fucking stupid and weak to get jobs that might challenge them intellectually or might require a degree of skill? I honestly think that what they're really mourning is the loss of a traditional vision of masculinity, which is extremely ironic considering how they routinely dismiss gender issues as trivialities and mock anyone who suggests they need to change.

American workers shouldn't NEED to compete with China. First, a lot of the jobs they seem to think are so important have been lost to technology and are never coming back. Second, even if there is another massive cold war with China and America gunning for spheres of influence with proxy wars and all of that shit... the US will STILL have to compete with China globally. China isn't like Russia... they're not even pretending to be Communist anymore. It would be state capitalism versus crony capitalism... and China would win simply because they wouldn't be afraid to fuck their workers over even more and have already colonized large parts of Africa, building roads and trains to get at all of the untapped resources there.

The jobs that your poor-yet-master-morality white people know and love, all of that amazing unionized labor that helped them buy comfortable middle class lifestyles through endless hours of mindless drudgery-- have been replaced with better jobs. And they could get those jobs too if the education system wasn't so shitty because of Republicans, and if they didn't think actual learning was for fags.

These people need to stop seeing mindless factory work as who they are and adapt to the global economy... Bernie was going to provide them with the means to do so, but he didn't make it... so instead we got the clueless fascist who drowned out the experts with empty promises.

Factories actually have a hard time finding skilled labor:

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/employers-cant-find-enough-skilled-labor-to-fill-jobs/

So why aren't they leaping at those jobs exactly???

Too bad the democrats didn't run Bernie... eh?

And i think before you comment on the society that rejects blacks you might want to think about the fact that we elected one to our highest office... twice.

I agree that education needs a lot of work here. I think Trump picked a person who is a proponent of charter schools for Department of Education... a great step in the right direction. He wants to get rid of common core. Sounds good to me.

What does manly and strong got to do with it?

The right think that if they keep insisting that they are too manly and strong in spite of all of the evidence to the contrary, it'll stop everybody else calling them a load of whiney professional victims who throw butthurt tantrums whenever another group manages (often as a result of something the rightists did historically) to out-victim them.
Pathetic, really, but apparently that's what manly and strong people do.

Having a black president doesn't get rid of racism... and no matter how Obama actually identifies, he didn't have a typical black American upbringing.

I don't know why you think the solution is to increase the number of charter schools as opposed to revamping the public school system. But I will say that if Trump took it upon himself to revamp the public education system I would be very very nervous about what he would do to it.

No, a straw man is a logical fallacy in which you misrepresent someone's argument and then attack that. The idea that the left wants to coddle everyone is a contention, not a straw man.

Thus endeth the lesson. Have a nice day.
