Flynn lied publicly about the nature of his calls with Russia, put Russia/the GOP ahead of national security and democracy and now he is resigning in disgrace.

Spicer denies that Trump or Pence had any knowledge of the true nature of the calls.

So... how long before Trump is similarly exposed and forced to resign in disgrace?

There's a difference between having an open mind and pretending you're right.

So you think that it's more likely that the Justice Department is just out the get the president and his administration than it is that Flynn or possibly Pence or Trump are vulnerable to Russian blackmail and this is legitimate concern?

Michael Flynn: Trump's national security adviser resigns - oh i see and wonders why.

Mr Flynn, who was previously fired by Barack Obama as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, was an ardent supporter of Mr Trump during the campaign.
He became a close ally of both the president and his chief strategist, Steve Bannon.
He encouraged tougher policies on Iran and a softer policy on Russia, but questions were raised about his perceived closeness to Moscow.

Wasn't he awarded some freedom thingy, or medal from Moscow Russia's Order of Friendship Award , and in 2015 sat a mere two tables away from Emperor Putin......Oh! Flynn raised eyebrows for receiving payment from the Russian TV network RT to join a gala celebration in Moscow in 2015, where he sat at a banquet table with President Vladimir Putin...its not like Russia had recently invaded Ukraine, or annexed Crimea

But heh its not like he discussed sanctions with Russia in December as a private citizen (no can do) and then denied he did so, or claimed he had forgotten he had did so - and indeed said that on the public record a few times only to be found out to be a complete lying toe rag - national security adviser.

Colin Powell said that he had heard in the DIA (apparently from later DIA director Vincent R. Stewart) that Flynn got fired because he was "Abusive with staff, didn't listen, worked against policy, bad management, etc."[28] According to The New York Times, Flynn exhibited a loose relationship with facts, leading his subordinates to refer to Flynn's repeated dubious assertions as "Flynn facts".[30] guffaws - ffs you cant make this stuff up

More about the dysfunctional, compromised National Security imbroglio, and that Russian connection that Thump constantly fails to put behind him, despite his best efforts and those of his staff too ...


First there was speculation, then there were the rumours, then allegations, then the infighting, then some limited confirmation of the allegations, then leaks and now heads have started to roll ... It is looking more and more likely that this Russian connection issue is going to return and bite Thump rather severely on his ....

Couldn't happen to a more deserving chappie ...

I posted in another thread that the left desires disaster so much that they are ecstatic if they sense that it may be happening. The reason people like President Trump so much, is directly related to how much they dislike leftists

It hasn't been that long ago that the left called effecting regime change a war crime

Obama was working for regime change in Syria and several other places but no code pink showed up, no one on the left breathed a word

Some argue that Obama and Hillary were even helping Muslim "extremists" or deeply religious Muslims take over several of these places, such as the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. And whose side were we on in Syria, exactly, with ISIS seizing so much territory there as Obama risked war against Russia helping the "rebels" there, some of whom were clearly ISIS and other jihadis

In Iraq, team Obama bragged about how well things were going when they first came into power . Then before you knew it ISIS was running half of the place

Hillary bragged about her part in violent regime change in Libya as well. And for some strange reason that never gets reported, or as a direct result of the Obama years, we now have all of these poor innocent refugee "children"

(Actually, mostly military aged Muslim men)

Who HAVE to be airlifted here right NOW, and by the millions
