I am.....thank you....and....yes....I think possibly some veggies wouldn't be inadvisable for about 6 weeks. (For the record....carrot cake is NOT "veggies"). Wait, you mean ? NO...no...cut out my red meat. Oh no...anything...anything but that. Fact is I've done a lot of research prompted by a young friend who is get this, going to be a body builder for a living. I said ok but caught him munching all of the time. He told me he had several small meals, even snacks all day rather than 3 'real' meals. Turns out...he is quite correct. The caveman didn't 'gorge' 3 meals a day like most of us do and we even all too often, add to that. Obviously, [he] couldn't. So he was always eating what little they could because that's...all they had. (hence we ALL have the fat storing gene) Turns out, that regime keeps the metabolism high and consumes calories. Binging on 3 meals a day and too often plus snacks, means modern man...eats way too much and too easy and by doing so, slows his metabolism down and adds weight. Oh and for that group belchfest, cold Corona please...no lime. Cyclamates cause cancer.....everyone knows that! (Well....of course....only if you ingest 4,000 times the amount daily (FOR a full year), that which most humans would consume during one lunch.....annually). Bread makes you fat......unless of course....you're on the wheat diet....then....well.... Here's what I know.....TV makes you fat! Everyone (look at all the old B&W images) before TV......they were rails. TV....that's the ticket!
