The top 3rd would have him at least no lower than the top 13 out of 41. But since we've had 44 as I understand Trump is 45th.

My bad there have been 43 different men be president not counting trump since he just started. Yes he is number 45 but grover the child molester was president twice but not consecutively so he is usually counted twice. He was a portly gent but not that portly

I mean shit, I've read where Stalin got 1000's of his enemies...jobs. They didn't pay and eventually killed them and pretty quickly too but I don't want to be too picky.


Stalin snuffed a lot of people that he felt were a threat to the bolshivik revolution. However I have never seen any creditable evidence he agrandised himself while he was in power. Churchill, in his tome wwII, mentions stalin's spartan lifestyle in dress and accomodations.

The reason these great scholarly historians ranked Obama so high, was that he turned the entire federal government (and most state governments) over to the Republicans

Including the Supreme Court, for many years to come

No. 12 IS in the top 1/3 and mathematically...has no choice out of 43 since we can't consider him or Trump.

If you were stalin what would you have done with the aristocracy and their enforcers(kulaks) who were sworn to return the monarchy at the point of a gun? Or the million or so nazi supermen (pow)who sought to exterminate the subhuman russians?
