I never said that gay and lesbian is a choice.

For me, neither is slavery. That's why i don't fit in here with all of you who just do kink for fun, like going bowling or something. For me it is in the depths of my soul to be a slave. It is definitely not a choice for me.

This is exactly why your proposition fails.

While you are looking down your nose at those of us engage in BDSM, or D/s, or even poly 'for fun,' we are exactly the people who make it impossible to prove it is an orientation or gender identity. We're the people who can take it or leave it who will be the folks who will help to confirm that it's a choice, for at least some people.

Show me the gay man on these forums who's sexual orientation is a choice.

This is not to say that you don't have the personality that you do, the kind of relationship or sex that you prefer to have, or anything else. At the same time, while you *want* to be that, it's still situational.

Why should the kink community be left out?

Why do you feel you need acceptance or the kink community is left out? Even if we didn't debate the choice factor or not, what do you believe is singular to your life that can't be found in any other type of lifestyle? Why do you feel the kink community needs to be a protected class? Are you willing to trade it off in comparison with issues like sexual orientation, DV laws when we start talking about vanilla people, or protection in freedom of religion?

You don't think there are gay men out there living straight in a marriage to a woman. Or vice versa. Lol

I'm going to channel Stef here. Yep, you're still an idiot.

Get over your obsession with me please.

I couldn't give a rat's ass about you. It is the content of your posts that catch my attention.

If you can't handle your ridiculous postings being called out, then don't post ridiculous crap.

LOL. Me, too!

You are a moron. LP said because some kinksters live without it it proves it's a choice. So i provided a link that shows that gay people can live happily in a straight relationship. In other words, her point doesn't hold water.

Have one made.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: LGBTK? (5/6/2017 1:11:02 PM)

I could have one made, but it wouldn't be the shirt from THAT event. I loved the shirt, because of the memories it would evoke.

Tamaka, I'm sorry you lost so much for living true to yourself, I respect that. I do not want to devalue your experiences, I just disagree with adding a K to the LGBTQ acronym.

And you equated changing life circumstances that you underwent so you can fulfill yourself through bdsm as equal to LBGTQ people risking their lives because of their lifestyle.

I don't think I am the moron here. But before I lose my cool and say something moronic and shame memories of people I cared about who have actually risked their lives or actually died because of their sexual orientation, I am going to go do something productive for a while. Lord knows you will never understand just how callous and arrogant you are being.

Good idea. Go dig in the dirt for a while. Just because you don't know their stories doesn't mean people haven't suffered for the lifestyle too.

WickedsDesire -> RE: LGBTK? (5/6/2017 1:42:51 PM)

Open your mind and understand why - and they are still doing it - fet is particularly abhorrent, and this place is actually not bad, considering it has less, a better concentration, if you like, of the pure

And dont look at me I dont care if someone is poof or dyke or nig-nog or mad olde loon with 3 cats

To someone like me a human is a human - but i am honestly shocked so few people understand what that truly means

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: LGBTK? (5/6/2017 1:49:13 PM)

Wicked, honey. My K and I are the B in the LGBTQ. I am not sure what I'm needing to open my mind to.

Please elaborate?

You're skipping something.

Your own article discusses the fact that gay men still fantasize about other gay men. When I'm not engaging in kink, I don't fantasize about submissive men in general or just some random masochist.

I am far more likely to have sexual fantasies about those I bond with. My inner being doesn't lean the other way.

If I recall correctly, on other threads, you gave me sh^t for not giving a damn. I was supposed to poo-poo because you thought a particular kink and/or dynamic was supposed to be soooooo important to me that you couldn't understand why I could easily walk away from it.

Unless I emotionally bond with someone, the *activities* aren't important. The relationship *style* isn't important.

I can promise you that I've had former s-types that, whether they lived or died, it wouldn't matter to me. Much in the same way that I've had one night stands that have no significance on my life. They were something I did. Nothing more.

Unlike some people, my primary relationship fulfills the majority of my wants. It doesn't mean I can't enjoy other stuff, too.

Good for you. You are a pos that engages in bdsm and carries her shittiness into her bdsm life. I doubt that your attitude and character is reflective of the overall bdsm community. Most people have more character and integrity than you. Just because you are around doesn't mean we have to sink the bdsm community down to your level.

"I Am" wow, is both a theological and a philosophical discussion.

My guess, you are referring to humanity. I am human.

I am also....ignoring K. Toodles.

Oh, bullshit.

Whether you like it or not, I'm into this kink thing for me. I could dismiss my s-type tomorrow and still have my thrills fulfilled.

Here's the kicker. I'm honest about it. I *tell* people that if I'm just having fun on an amusement park ride, that's what I'm doing.

I'm a leather person. I don't bullshit people about it. I don't try to make it more significant or meaningful than people who want to blow smoke up other people's asses or try to make it into some kind of Castle Realm bullshit. ALL of leather is about gratification. It's not always about an emotional side.

You like sex the way you like it? Guess what? Me, too.

Can't deal with that because I happen to be a FEMALE Dominant? That's your issue.

You are not a dominant at all LP. You couldn't be dominant if your very life depended on it. Wearing a leather skirt and sticking a candle up someone's ass does not make you a dominant. You have no sense of responsibility. You are a disgrace to the community.

So you're saying Peon that the whole of the bdsm community is just out to get their rocks off and don't care about the welfare of those they engage with? And they don't have any deeper relationships than just playing with each other.
