Yes, blame it on the desire to live rurally and the need to pay for it If I could even find a job near where I live my income would probably be cut in half if not more so. If I tried to find a property similar to what we have near work it would be at least 4 times more in price. So far its all been worth it.

I have strange foster parents. I can't figure them out.

They get over the edge mad if I run my cell over the limit. We have a gas place down the street that has great prices ... God help you if you buy gas somewhere else and pay a little more ... you get the "you should be planning ahead" speech. Don't even think about ordering the whole salad, and then only eating as much as would be in a side salad. We are talking federal offense, here.

BUT ... for High School graduation, they got me a BMW 325csi, with every goodie known to man. I'm totally not worth this car. I'm convinced it's a plot to make me feel inadequate as a daughter.

Caitlyn, nice car!
And of course you're "worth it!"
Tigresse, yup, it's nice to have a car paid for!
I paid off that 2002 Ford truck in two years and at trade-in they gave me almost $19,000 for it. (It only had 43,000 miles on it.)
With that and  $3,400 from my savings the Mercury is paid for.
I had to replace a tire on the truck here once, it cost me $165!
A tire on the car would go for $60-$80.
And the truck had a 25 gallon gas tank as opposed to a 19 gallon tank on the car so it makes a big difference at fill-up time!
Trucks (are) expensive!
