Yeah. Not so much. Democrats famously stand in a circle for their firing squads, and the GOP famously works to keep their members in lockstep.

Just harder to do when in the majority.

Depends on whether they want to look as idiotic as Trump.

But here again, you're demonstrating your problems with reading comprehension. The article points out GOP opposing Trump's foreign policy, not are argument about how they should. They've already decided they should. 97-2.
