Was it her that hit eg hit the boot - I dont know? That's all the information I know and i am truly struggling to understand any aspect of this particular shooting. Do you think he already had his gun drawn by then-before, and how much time elapsed between him hearing a "bang" and him discharging. fuking bemused with this one i will keep the Somali aspect out of this one (for now) but if someone could tell me which age he came across to America at I would be much obliged

I don't think he did, if I got your question correctly. I believe he drew it when he heard the noise. His partner didn't know it was out till he fired. You are assuming rational thought, Noor didn't display any.

I dont know how true that is or which women Hits his car to say I am here dont shoot me? Truly bamboozled and you know how I like a good rant, ramble lecture on gun deaths. Well it appears i am going to play the Somali immigrant ( does that mean you were, in a way, correct boscox?) card he was wetted in at an early age in his lands of horrific terrors and forever on edge, 2 year veteran. What are you thinking Obamad as thats what I am thinking - or do you see it another way?

Sorry obamad 11-12 you said? Then I have to go with the Somali card and he was primed for atrocities - a hair trigger and a feeble 2 year veteran Igor2003 thanks - never occurred to me tonight. Life is sacrosanct but this shooting troubles me most of all this year from America

Then he heard Noor did it and it sounded just like the sort of thing to be expected of Noor. According to the neighbor Noor was inclined to lose it when he dealt with women and children.

He could see her, or are you saying that he shot blind but did noting wrong, that is beyond speculation to a loss of contact with reality.

Was this guy one of the 29%? I seem to recall reading that he passed all the tests and training without issue. Wouldn't his temperament have been one of those things tested or evaluated during training?

It seems that everyone has missed that I pointed out that the comment about his losing it with women and children was not to be assumed to be automatically accurate. For all we know he and Noor have been fighting about the property line since they moved in. Yes, if this tendency existed it should have been eliminated by elimination and training.. We had a black guy that I "worked " with at the state. He was incompetent he never did anything, we were programmers and he spent half of his day playing mine field. They had attempted to fire him before I even started there they had tried to fire him. He threatened to sue claiming discrimination if they did. they backed down and he retired in place. He was there because of his race. Racial hires cannot be fired till something this bad happens.
