He seems to have had special glasses with the body cam in them. possibly tinted to avoid glare.

the military are trained to wound as it take two men to carry a wounded man off the field and a half dozen to patch him up. A corpse you just step over.

He had just committed a crime, the in was most likely illegal, and who knows what else, he didn't want to get arrested.

Again you seem to be confused, the cops was shot, not the thug. The thug was just recently convicted.

Secondly, if police were to assume that ALL people stopped or encountered are armed, you can sure as hell count on the number of unarmed civilians shot or killed by cops to go up, (and you seem to have a lot to say about unarmed people being killed by police in the US as wrong.)

Which goes back to the fact that you seem to not have the capacity to grasp even the simplest forms of reality of police work, procedure, or anything related to law enforcement outside of the movies.
