Trump urges death penalty for Sayfullo Saipov US President Donald Trump has repeated calls for the suspect in the New York truck attack to get the death penalty. But Mr Trump backed away from his call a day earlier to send Sayfullo Saipov to Guantanamo Bay, saying "that process takes much longer". The suspect told police he "felt good" about Tuesday's Halloween attack and wanted to kill as many as possible. Your lying half wit of an Idiot leader has tainted the jury pool- he truly is a Moron. That aside do you believe in the death penalty for animals like that? Would you stand him on the Shite House Lawn and drive a van at him until he was deeded? Would Trump drive the van at him?

I am hardly "Okay" with the death penalty, but in certain cases, I support it, entirely. Here's my issue: If this murdering scumbag gets "legal combatant" status, the death penalty is off the table because a "soldier", doing his job, is NOT a death penalty offense. If he doesn't receive that status, what is he? There's a few choices: "Non-Legal Combatant" amongst them. I believe that one could be a death penalty offense, but If I'm to remain consistent: I believe war was declared decades ago and we have been oblivious to the call. So, I would consider this piece of shit a legal combatant and therefore, NOT illegible for the Death penalty. Michael

the "changing the rules" comment has to do with how such events are prevented, not dealing with their occurrence and executing the perpetrators afterwards.

its true the thread is about his getting the death penalty, so yes its quite possible that's what bosco is referring to and I might have overstated my position, but historically his posts have been about dealing with the problem before it gets here, and before it arises. that is, changing the way with deal with islam as a whole---not just muslims when it comes to whether or not we can execute terrorists as "enemy combatants."

The professor at a small college was arrested and before any facts were out Obama declared that the cops had acted stupidly. It turned out that the professor was guilty as sin, but he was black but he was black so Obama declared him innocent. Fergusson he sent the DOJ down there to find anything to charge Wilson with and they couldn't find anything on him but Obama and company had declared him guilty enough times that it ruined Wilsons life. Who can forget that Martin looked like Obama's son would if he had one. Again he sent the DOJ down there to find something, anything, on Zimmerman and they coulden't. The prosecution proved it was self defense but they were determined to find something against him .
