Myself am blessed with a matoblisim that eat calories. tons of em. I have weighed the same as when I was in basic training. 5'10" 150lbs. used to drive my ex nuts I could eat anything and not gain wieight, shed just look at ice cream and gain 5 lbs. one would think that Dom would want to keep in decent shape. but if you look at a cross section of americans. well...face it we are fat. and it seem's perfectly content to stay that way ;)

I was about 26 pounds overweight and I just didn't feel good. I'd be sitting here at the computer and my belt buckle would be digging into my stomach, not a good sign!

Get down and give me "20" Fatboy! Oh god, i feel so guilty now. I'm not a guy but after reading ur post im going on a diet. Sheesh!!
