OMG..some are fakes? I have heard (or maybe I made this up, not sure) that if you take one of these fakesters and dip them in warm chocolate, if they are fake they will disolve. Of course if they are real, then ya have to go through all the motions to clean them up (weg). Of course then there is the threat of having to keep Bengi at bay..you know how he likes to go after those nook and crannies...lol.

I didn't see anything "fake" about the profile in question. Sooo... if she's reasonably built, scantly clothed, lesbian and no limits, she is fake? What's up with that? Would you have said she was fake if she wasn't a lesbian? or if she'd posted limits? There's gazillion subs out there posting that they have no or few limits. Honestly, I'm not sure why the OP thought this was a fake profile!!!! Sour grapes, maybe?

Eh, the no limits slaves are always fake.

Well the accusers Profile could not be found by Us to see and compare to the one of the accused which could be so

now i have seen profile where the person has changed their name but kept the face lol i am an artist i may not remember names but faces i do remember so many not not real but some are so we have to take the time to know them what they write always tells the true story

Oooh oooh I have an idea! What if the OP is actually the person in the accused profile and posted it on the board as "fake" in order to attract attention to the REAL profile? Huh? Huh? I mean think about how they described it... They HAD to add that it was an attractive young woman in a provacative pose. Now, would you mention that if you WEREN'T trying to get people to look at the profile?

Maybe I overthink things.

And I know of at least four in my state's listings that are totally phonies!!

Not so much a "fake profile" issue, but I get tired of the people themselves who are fake. The old "I just want to talk and meet cool people" types and then can't even be bothered to respond to a polite email trying to strike up a conversation. Little is more frustrating than going through the effort to introduce yourself only to not even get a "fuck off and die" in response, let alone a "sorry, not interested".

Most women on here are either players, scammers, men or I'm started to think, just plane insane.

Ah! ThunderRoad and Homestead, How dare you even assume to think that about the women here, whom i am sure, are all upstanding women of CM. Being a woman myself (at least the last time i checked), who is by default, included in this bizzare and distasteful opinion! i do my best to answer all of the moronic and senseless email i receive (from the opposite sex, poor things), to at least offer up the response of sending out the standard formatted and duplicated "fuck off" form letter.
And besides, i haven't done any of that dreadfully time consuming fake scams or those wonderfully enjoyable (but can't help myself) playa games for over an hour now! And the last time i went insane was a whole week ago! So, pffft! LOL!

Any web community is going to have some fake profiles. You just have to roll your eyes a little when you see a profile or avatar that seems to be a fake. I have an online community on my site. The mistresses with profiles are all verifiable as real mistresses. That being said I would guess that there are a fake sub or two on the boards. If you think some one is disingenuous then its best to just ignore them.

I decided a long time ago that it wasy useless to try and figure out who is for real and who isn't on the internet - I go by how you act and what you say, not what you call yourself anyway. Why do people do it? On paid dating sites, I'm absolutely certain that 99% of the emails I get are 'fluffers', feigning interest in order to keep me re-registering, and compensated in some way for it, others trying to get you into 1-900 webcam thing - the rest wandered in by mistake.

On a free site like this, it's anybodies guess, though I suspect the 1-900 webcam scam is probobly gonna be there - it's always a possibility when the woman looks like a model, it doesn't mean all women who look like models in here are fakes - and if she specifies she's lesbian, it strikes me as even less likely that it's trolling bait - if it si, and you're a man, you deserve it for pestering her. It hasn't happened to me, though I did get one 419 scam attempt.

Most of the women posters in here report getting huge volumes of mail, some probobly just give up, found someone or in negotiations with someone, and don't bother to update, some are playing out a fantasy, who knows? There are plenty of genuine people here, why worry about the ghosts, flakes and scammers?

Scammers ought to be reported, however.

When women don't respond, it is usually an issue of being contacted by literally hundreds of people who don't meet the criteria specified in their profile. My profile is very specific in that I say I am looking for a single, local, monogamous male between the ages of 30-35, give or take a year or two.

Yet out of probably 300 emails, not ONE matched those criteria.NOT ONE. I got emails from couples, from poly men, from married men, from men in their 40s, 50s, and 60, men in their 20's, a great many men who don't come close to being "local", etc.

I guess I feel that if you're too illiterate to read my criteria, I don't owe you the courtesy of a "no thank you" letter.

The only ones I responded to were the ones who said "I know I don't meet your criteria, but I thought you might like a pen pal."

So if not responding to your email makes you a fake, put me on the list :P
