You don't mention that they have to be currently airing original shows, so I'll include cancelled or shows in syndication.

As a pop-culture junkie, what sort would I be if I said I didn't really enjoy some good tv out there?  It's a great way to unwind and enjoy stories.

Best Week Ever

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Colbert Report

Daily Show

Entourage

Firefly

Good Eats

House

Iron Chef

Jeopardy

Project Runway

Quantum Leap

Queer as Folk

Sex and the City

West Wing

Wife Swap

Xena:  Warrior Princess

I no longer watch television at all. I got rid of the one that I had almost 2 years ago. I don't even miss it. There is way too much going on in life to spend it in front of a box that plugs into a wall.

Oh the irony of posting that online with a computer.

Generally various news channels.  Unless there is a decent sitcom on that lasts a mere half an hour.
Can't get into longer shows too much.
The reality shows are not for me.

I absolutely hate TV, but Rockstar Supernova kicks ass.  I also like Family Guy.

Forensic files and other true crime shows, CSI, sometimes the History channel. I don 't watch much TV at all maybe one program a month, I do go to movies though once in awhile.

Yeah, I've got a bit of the pop-culture junkie thing going on here as well...

  • House - current favorite weekly
  • Colbert Report - current favorite daily
  • The Daily Show
  • Queer Eye
  • Mythbusters
  • Changing Rooms
  • Unwrapped
  • Deadwood
  • The Sharpe's Series (mmmmmmm  Sean Bean!)
  • VH-1's I Love the ___'s (70s, 80s, 90s)
Only the first three are "must see" and during the summer the TV is usually stuck on NickJr. We probably shouldn't, but do tend to use the TV for background noise. I love VH-1 Classic...  sometimes you just need that 5 minute Morrissey break during the day... *grin*

I do not watch anything regularly except "May Name is Earl" , I do have other shows I watch intermittently. My Daddy usually calls when I am in the middle of watching something, so I end up missing it because I would rather talk to him than watch TV, but here are a few shows I watch when I have nothing else to do

Survivor
Desperate Housewives
Biggest Loser
Wife Swap
And shows about home repair-decoration on TLC or HGTV (I watch these while I am working cleaning my own home...lol)

I don't watch that much tv, but I do like "House".
Also sometimes "Desperate Housewives" and "Law and Order" - and sometimes, "Monk".

I think Oxygen carries it now, but I don't know how regularly or the schedule.  I find it's best just to get DVDs of old shows.
