Damn reality tv shows suck.... if I want reality.. I leave my tv off. So much shit on now a days... not too much to choose from.
But what I do like is... CSI (Vegas and Miami)....... Two and a Half Men......Sometimes Law & Order... or L&O SVU... but even they are getting boring now. (Not CSI but L&O...lol)

I miss the days of Barney Miller.... Soap.... F Troop.... The Fugitive.... Police Woman...... S.W.A.T

But those days are gone... only to seen on DVD now... priced to high to be fun to by.

Haven't seen The Sopranos mentioned yet? Do people in the US think it's not upto much?

Regards

The first few seasons were great.  I got bored with it after that.

Wyrd,

Totally agree. First couple of series' when you were being introduced to the characters and they were making a name for themselves was quality but it became a bit repetitive - challenger comes on the scene, one of the crew gets big ideas and joins the challenger - Sopranos lot makes short work of them.

Sci-Fi has a new called "Eureka" that has been fun when I've caught it.

I have watched it a couple of times (sort of) while peeking around the PC, etc... it looks good from what little I have caught.

<< Oh I almost forgot, I also like:
HBO's "Big Love" & "The Sopranos" >>

Fair enough LeMis, I missed your listing but don't doubt it and stand corrected. Isn't HBO one of the boxing organisations? You know WBC, WBA, IBF, HBO etc

Regards

HBO stands for Home Box Office (a paid cable subscription), I don't know anything about a boxing organization, sorry I couldn't be more help.

Was only jesting LeMis. Obviously, the international boundaries of humour were too much of an obstacle. Thanks for the info, though :-) If I'm ever in the US then HBO it is.

I am addicted to TV news and have to have my "news fix" every night (unless I am in the middle of doing something even more interesting ).  I will often "multi-task" and get in some treadmill time or do some ironing while watching the news.

Other than that, I will sometimes watch 20/20, Desperate Housewives, Nightline, or Conan O'Brien.
