From a male sub's point of view, it's really nice to know exactly what a woman wants/exects from him without having to guess. Some of what you also describe is the synergy that seems to me to be more likely to come from a D/s relationship than a vanilla one.

I am very happy to have a key to the executive bathroom,

I love being treated like a Queen.

It also gives me great pleasure knowing how badly my own grandmother and mother were treated in their life-time to know I have the reverse for them. Call it sweet justice.
