I'm sorry this happened. People like this are why I come off as a hard bitch. If I let everyone know that I'm a trusting submissive person by nature, my ass will be handed to me on a platter. Disregarding gender, it's people like this that force me to be a bitch, and trust no one til it's earned. No good deed goes unpunished. I've learned the hard way, to be harder and harsher than I really am.

This thread and original OP being two years old, I wonder why it's being resurrected and whether the OP is still around or even cares anymore. Maybe this will help someone else to keep from becoming a victim, or, more precisely, a sucker and needy user who got what he may have deserved. A Dom ? I dun think so, if one understands a Dom/me to be one who understands oneself and others, excercises self control and prudence, and considers other peoples desires, needs and feelings in his/her interactions.

OP, this is going to sound harsh but, recall the saying "you can't cheat an honest man"?

It seems your motives were not entirely altruistic , were they? You were in a hell of a hurry to get a "mail order sub" and to get your dick wet, weren't ya ? So, you fuck with the bull, you get the horns. I don't feel one bit sorry for you, sir.

Btw, what part of :

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO OTHER USERS FOR ANY REASON! Read about Common Scams and Online Safety Information

didn't you get ?

and I thought you were gonna send me some money so that I could buy some bubblewrap?????

I have plenty of bubble wrap here, LL. Why would I send you $ to buy your own? Unless, you send me the vid, of course.

This kind of scam has been around a long time. Way before the interenet. The deceased wife of Robert Blake (the one he stood trial for murdering) was just this type of scammer. She put ads in the back of magazines and engaged in written correspondence with hundreds of men who she would ask for small sums of money for bus fare, plane tickets etc... Several of them she married and then cleaned out and disappeared. She made enough money to take care of her family and even buy real estate. At the time she met RB, she had about 300k in assets of her own. Most of them were like the OP, and it was too little money to bother prosecuting, or they were too embarassed, or they just chalked it up to a lesson learned. She got away with it for 25 years or so.

Yes, I've fallen for scams, but I wouldn't have fallen for this one. I wouldn't spend one minute considering someone who was not reasonably supporting themselves and who was willing to move in with a complete stranger 3000 miles away. Even if the person is completely honest, it would still indicate to me, a person who had problems I wouldn't want to add to my life.

LOL, just one of many I get. Do I really look that dumb ? Wait, don't answer that. But, it just goes to show, imo, that there are a lot of lonely desperate peeps out there, and that saddens me, of course. But, if the sheep weren't out there, the wolves would starve, or, get a job.

I've been following another site's forums, where the members have been 'baiting' scammers. They string them along, sometimes for as much as 6 months (some scammers are really not smart). It sounds like fun, and sometime I may try it.

I'm sure we all know that scamming is not new, but the internet has served to make us more aware of it. I was just reading an article in the L A Times yesterday about people scamming bookstores. They find out about upcoming author book-signings, and they call the store a few days ahead of time, claiming to be the author who's in a jam and needs money to get out of it in time to make it to the signing. Wouldn't seem like a way to make a lot of money, but people hold up convenience stores for $300.

The advice on the 'Read Mail' page is, sad to say, necessary.

pip, I always tell scammers the truth - I have no money to send them

Uh, OP, I want to serve you anywhere in the world. All you have to do is send me the $$ to travel to your desired destination and I"m yours.

Sorry, but no pity here. I know this thread is OLD, but since it has been "revived", I have to say that I've laughed at several posts that seem to indicate they've been living in Lala Land where nothing bad happens and you can send $$ to people you've never even met before! Let me give YOU some $$...Here's a some change buy a clue.

Oh pots! Don't get too cynical about life - I manage to spend time in Lala Land; some of the time at least. It's a good place.

And about the offer to the OP - was that just to him, or do the rest of us who admire you (I'm too shy to say "love") get a lookin?
