I was kind of worried about developing a bit of a beergut for a while, but now I'm in a situation where I have had to cut way way back on alcohol consumption it's slowly going away... (Be quicker if I could give up coke though) I hate excercise for excercise sake, so I'll pass on the gym, but I do ride a pushie regularly, and soon hope to get back into rollerblading which leads to firm butt and legs... So it's IMO more a matter of walking to the corner shop instead of jumping in the car, that kind of thing... (cheaper too) In answer to the question, 'staying in shape' to me means 2 things, one is the weight thing, and the other is stamina/finess... The fitness side I think is more important than the weight... I've known stick figures that would be puffed out after a 100 meter jog, as well as people who would be considered overweight that could run a mile and be ready for more... Iskander...
