ORIGINAL: sissifytoserve Illegal immigrants have NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS! Ship them back. Period. sissifytoserve, First off, a person is not an "illegal" immigrant until they are proven to be such in a court of law in the United States and until such time as that happens they are protected by Due Process and Habeas Corpus laws as apply to American citizens. Secondly, a person who is tried and found to be an illegal immigrant is promptly deported. However, a bunch of people protesting immigration laws and ranting about Aztlan and Hispanic Supremacy is a GUARANTEED RIGHT under the US Constitution. They can rant all day long, but until you try them in a court of law, there is no way to determine if they are illegal or legal immigrants. How you feel about them is not actually a crime under US or state penal codes. While you personally might think that they are supporting illegal immigrants, the fact of the matter is that they have not been accused, tried, and convicted of committing an illegal act. Until that happens, everything they are saying are just words which are protected under our constitution. If you want to be so up in arms about illegal acts in the United States, why dont you start protesting George W. Bush and his administrations flagrant violation of both US law and laws like the Geneva Convention. Just me, could be wrong, but there you go. Sinergy
