Unfortunately Bolt, as has been said here, you've given us little to work with.
I think in many cases where people come here for more _specific_ advice on the physical aspects of bdsm, there are more folk who are willing to pop an answer. Particularly if you've lost that cone(sigh). I remember a thread on plastic wrap that got pretty interesting.
But since we know little about you, and less about jer, and little about the situation, and what each of you are looking for... It's a bit tricky answering the question of what next? A lot of good advice of a more mental/emotional relational level has been fired up here.
As for more ideas on what to do in the bedroom...well...I have to say the best source of that sort of info might be a good book. Screw the Roses is a perennial favorite, and there are many more. They will give you some great ideas on things to do, ways to savor the enjoyment, ways to make it hotter for her(female libido's tend to be different than males), and how to keep it safe.
