ORIGINAL: seeksfemslave Just to clarify, to the world at large of course, one aspect of PC Liberal thinking is to refuse to admit that something that they hold to be true and operating in a positive way, is in fact false and is operating with negative consequences. Exactly. You would never hear Conservatives like Monkeyboy or whoever refuse to admit that something they hold to be true and operating in a positive way is in fact false and is operating with negative conse... Take, for example, the connection between Al Qaeda and Sadda.. Bad example... How about the connection between gutting FEMA, putting it under the auspices of the DHS, and standing water drowning New Orle... Bad example... Wait. Umm. Move along, nothing to see here. Sinergy p.s. On a related note, NG is correct in his comment that the term PC Liberal Thinking is simply inflammatory rhetoric when you use the term. Now if you were to provide a cogent definition of this rhetorical comment, and back it up with something which NG stated, it would nicely tie the two together. From my perspective, simply restating a baseless assertion as an attempt to insult another poster reflects poorly on the one casting the stone. Which is not to say I am blameless, but.. An example of this is when people assume, because of my almost constant casting of negative aspersions at Monkeyboy and his ilk, that I am a Democrat and a supporter of Zipper. I am not. The reason I write so venomously about the Chimp In Chief is that I have read a multitude of works on his policies, his history, etc., including one called "The Leadership Genius of George W. Bush." I thought the book was a joke, but it turns out the person really believed what he was writing.
