Can probably have it sanded down, then bleached, then resealed.

Before you replace the floors...try a foul odor digester.  It's a live enzyme that eats away the odor.  I had a cat problem.  Peed through the carpeting into the plywood subfloor.  We soaked it a couple of times over with the stuff and it worked.  Smells foul while it's working and takes a couple of weeks, but it's much cheaper to try that first.  We got the stuff through a commercial cleaning supply company.

man word spreads fast- i told 1 person- if i get screwed i will sue.

has anyone ever built a dome home??

[a stranger called a relitive of mine- number is listed- asked if i was moving]    WTF

anyhow i expect a fast one to be pulled at teh closing.  im prepared for it.   my brother flipped at least 12 houses that i know of.  meanwhile no word if my offer was accepted.

in only a matter of hours- mom will be gone----------------------------------------------  ouch. shes been crying and telling me to come with her. i keep telling her i will be fine.

my realtor thinks per haps i caN buy a better house then the one i wanted. i said i would look- as i need a plan B.

my bro said he once was at a closing that his paralegal gf had to check the atty HE hired!   it is a cut throat world.

when i lived in chicago- some anomous person sent me a canclled check- a bribe of sorta- connected to the 3 unit i purchased.
i probaly still have it.

Nope. Im not worried.  The next "big" thing will be teh "discovery" of teh underfunded/looted pension plan system.

Last night my best friend came over. I had him check every room. I showed him papers. He said "you are in for quite a fight".

I did alot of packing.  I need a plan B.  Again last night mom- said i worry about you. Get in the moving truck when we leave. [teary eyed]  I said, mom, i cant. i will be ok-

Bro and hot azzed BIL here. Sleeping now- they beat the ice storm coming in.

Bro had a talk over a beer with uncle john. So as to inform him.  mom has aged rapidly over the past 5 years. she deserves to persue her dreams.  i support her choice.


my parrot has been very upset over change. moving and packing boxes. Parrot was very quiet when Ed was here. but took a liking to jim and started showing off. lol

as it turns out Jim knows the previous owner of the house i placed a contact on-and am awaiting.

during the closing i will be looking things up in a legal book. shoot out a text- a few minutes later need my phone to make the text sound.   the closing could be nasty.

Yes- LOL. You are correct. I knew it was on the horizen-  Feb 26, Monday- new ownership where I rent.

I been sorting and packing boxes. I think this is upsetting the bird. The dumpster meaves the 26th. 

Plan B, I must consider if it falls thru. Realitor asked if I could go as high as 56k, I said, Yeah, if it is solid.   My brother said to set any places up to inspect while he is here moving my mom.  So my realtor is gonna scan her brain- so what might be nicer. She knows that 80% of my decission - is result of my bros expertise, he exams attics -basemetns etc.

if i pace myself im ok.   i ended up in ER last week- per cleaning moms attic


Bud...you're looking for all the reasons why it'll fail.

Fuck your realtor....make a good deal....more than you can afford....do it.

Be done with it.

I am so fricken POd right now!!!

my brother.  realtor moved an apatment so he could inspect. instead of honoring his promise, he lollygagged around looking at trucks down in Harrisburg.   house for sale here have no electic. so it has to be daylight out.   what i have is an offer i submitted on a foreclosure- NOT AN ACCEPTED CONTRACT [yet]   so- plan b.

i asked him to [20 mins] listen to an engine and drive motorhome around block- and tell me if the motor/trans is good. he has the talent.  he said YOU ARE NOTT BUYING A MOTORHOME.  

I alone looked at a property w realitor. i had to lie, and say ed was stuck in harriburg trafffic.

on teh drive home- i accidently hit eds #, i was intending to call jenny.  he rang me back.   he went on to talk down to me. he is demanding to kniow what i am not telling him.   i said- i would be home in 10 minutes.

when buying a home- until the final paper is signed at a closing a deal can drop.  i do not have a reply to the submitted offer. therefor plan b.

a week back- he told mom roger better do his share- cleaning out teh attic. [or he would never help me the whole rest of his life]   i spent maybe 50 hours up there.......


OK- define "help"

We just finished teh closing at moms house. They are loading teh truck now.

yesderday i dropped off 3 bags of groceries to gram.  her dementia getting worse. complained it dont look right to have gentleman caller!
i even look at her furnace and wrote out my furnace guy conatct- for a cleaning.
left note for my uncle.

emotions run high


as far as my posting style- im here as a hobby not a paid job.  a % can folllow my posts.  be that as it may- you are correect- grammar/sentence structure lacks....

1/2 hour ago, mom passed out, fell to the floor.
[she refsues to take blood pressure pills]
Ed gave her cash to get her rx. i made up  a nice back of snacks for teh 12 hour drive.[pies, muffins, tic tacs, gum,soda]

had a man to man talk w my bro in law- to be gentle on your wording w mom- she is intimadated by u. worries over every little thing.

Sent along  stay awke pills and relax pills. made of batch of essential rubbing oil for BIL, a scent thats RARE. he is on his feet all day...

they are gone now.

an ocean of tears is pent up. life is fragile, might have been the last time i ever see mom. im on the edge of a good cry.  men dont cry tho.

Status: offline 		Mom and family made it to Chicago safely. Being at her closing I seen traits of new landlord....so perhaps im more at ease.

Late afternnon, MY realtor called, with the reply, a counter offer- and the forclosure I am trying to buy. I agreed to the higher amount- but under her advice, we need the same amount of time to close...../so she needs to verbally ask them before we write it up. [theres alot of paperwork and red tape for this type of mortgage, as it is for disabled/per the state] [my mortgage lady is on the state board of??? mortgages????]

I was so pumped I went and measured windows. [they all are shot]  I talked to Michael Jordans designer, well for his house in Chicago....   He agreed to help me out with designing the place!!!!!  I would like to video the place, send him tape, so he can see and hear comments; I can send him postal mail, and he cab view it at his liesure.   I could rent a decent one a one of those rental places $32 for 1 week, and only 1 week is possible.
The designer barely uses computer and isnt teck savey.  [then i thought i should buy one at walmart....???]
The place has a ton of potential- especially since the workmanship was top rate- even a separate stairway for the "servants". LOL. It could be a show place and the talk of the town. :-)

So- looks good. Family and I are so pumped over this!!!!

I fought the tractor trailor rig- & the semi won.  wanted a late, the tractor trailor won.
extracated from my totalled car, tractor trailor won.
EMTs- braced me, put me in ambulance, the semi won.
The fat azz trucker got real mad at me, the semi won.
my car is totalled- the azzhole won.

if fought  the truck- teh truck won----------------------------


VS 2.

asked jenn to call my bro- bro went off on jenn- the truck won.
no taxi to get home from hispital- the truck won.
if roger placed a phone call- he cant be in too bad of condition, ed won.

i fought the law and the law wonnnnnnnnnnn.

Status: offline 		Monday I go and sign addendum papers. On one hand I am so excited, the other part of me..is am I SURE im doing the right thing. I asked my realtor, Cindy- if say after 1 yr -, I simply decid it isn't for me- will I be able to recoup most my investment? she said "yes".

Along this most interesting journey- it appears I broke the "outsider"-barrier!!!!!  


Small towns sorta  have a distrust of outsiders.  

Phone and electric is on. I took a bunch of pics too.

Habitat for humanity is going to help me- whip this into shape!!!!!!

Things are progressing, methodical and timely. I must stay focussed- and do the dance. A wrong step and I could mess up.

SO far- so good. Very good shape here. *smiles*

Here's a secret that a linguist told me.  If you really want to know where someone grew up (hear their original accent), ask them about the place they grew up, their house, school, etc, their accent will come out without them even knowing it, as they talk about their childhood.  Someone did this to me (in Illinois) and predicted where I came from, he picked a neighboring county, that's how close he nailed it.  I was impressed.

Interesting Katy. I have talked to a few CM ppl on phone- I don't quite have a PA accent, or  a Chicago accent- sorta a mix combo. LOL. Some lady asked if I was from Canada. I was flatterred.

Funny how quickly- one leans toward the accent that the ppl around them speak......
