I had an ultra-sound done on my heart and carotid arteries today, and when I asked the tech if she could tell me anything, at first she said no. As I was getting ready to go, she said, "Look. No news is good news, you know?" I said okay, I think I'll take that as a positive. She smiled and said "If I saw something really wrong, we wouldn't let you leave.". I smiled back, thanked her, and left feeling a little better.
