Perhaps some branches of the military or maybe isolated cycles or units, however I had no such experience in Army basic training.  I'll have to ask FirmhandKY if he ever utilized that method with any units he trained...

And quite a few military guys contact me Online; both active and retired, mostly Marine Corp and Army.
