Status: offline 		By law in any state in the US it's illegal to practice medicine without a license. Castration of any kind, chemical physical, violent, or peacful, is considered a medical act.

So why on earth are there people really calling themselves "slaves" and "submissives" who are asking Dominants on the internet to risk their legal well being in asking them to do such an act?

I mean wouldn't it sufice to say that if you're an s-type that even when it comes to fantasies and desires, you would not REALLY ask a D-type to committ an illegal act just so that you can live out a fantasy? Aren't s-types suppsoed to be considering the well being of a D-type before the fulfillment of their fantasies? Hell in a vanilla relationship (I hate doing this comparison) one could not actually expect their partner to committ an illegal act just to fulfill a fantasy could they? Not in a healthy one I wouldn't expect.

I mean am I off base or what?!

Status: offline 		No I was doing my job/chore/whatever that's been assigned and checking Her collarme account. I received a chat invite and accepted and explained who I am and what I'm doing and this guy asks for this. It's not the first time MsK has reeived such requests. And All I can think is aren't THEY supposed to be in charge and how "submissive or slave" like is it to put a D-type at risk for arrest?

Anti-sodomy laws were still Constitutional until a couple of years ago

The right to consent to being beaten is far from being codified
Can i legally cut off my own nuts?
If so, why can i not have it done by the person of my choosing?

The issue I wish to bring up along that thought. Sciara fails to prove (or attempt to prove for that matter) the consenting  adult involved is within sanity to make such a judgement call concerning the consented action in question. Consider a moment, someone asks you to cut off a body part? Sane or insane?  Seriously, that needs to be evaluated beforehand definitely. Personally I am not qualified to make such a judgement call but dadgum!! Some common sense should come into play that to perform certain acts might find yourself in some legal troubles?  DUHH!!

I'm sure you hear plenty of dom/mes complain about subs that want to try every single kink out there, but never show up for a real life meeting?  Sounds like these guys. 

I'd bet my left nut that the vast majority of these castration fantasy guys just want a lady to acknowledge the fantasy, by just talking about doing it for real.

Sounds like the guy from germany that emailed me the other night and wanted to chat.  Doesn't phase me any more....had one from another state that insisted I come and kidnap and blackmail him...he was totally serious...wanted me to drive to his state and kidnap him from his yard, complete with no word to friends and family.  I'm telling him I really did not want to be apart of a police hunt....he just glossed over all that...he actually got angry. 

In the end he tried to convience me by saying "if" the police showed that he would tell them what is going on.  Now I'm supposed to kidnap a complete stranger, and trust him to vouch for me with police???  oh please....  not to mention, as I told him, there would probably still be some kind of charges for not coming forward.

I just don't know about people sometimes...LOL

If it came down to it, 99% of them would not attend even a first meeting with the woman if she took them seriously. Talking about it gets them off. There was a guy in yahoo chat rooms (back when they had the user created rooms) that trolled for a castration Domme for months. Then his fantasy changed and he started trolling for a Domme who would tie him up and let insects lay eggs in his penis, which would then hatch and eat their way out. That <sarcasm>delightful </sarcasm> fantasy was followed by one where the women would cut off his penis and eat it.   I once asked him why he wanted to do such damage to himself. Not one ended up actually wanting it done in real life. So take messages asking for castration with a grain of salt. While it's still using a woman, it's not to involve her in an illegal act, but merely to waste her time and masturbate to what she says.
