I think that whatever consenting adults do , without affecting or involving the non-consenting , is strictly their own business.
This happens. I can speak first hand on it.

I find that men who are secure in who they are have no problem with what other adults do in their own home.
Being that 9 to 1, or better then 9, this situation as you stated happens alot.
The thing to remember is no one owes anyone sex. And if someone a grabbed, 1 punch should be enough.....
