What goes thru your mind when you see an awesome looking person on the street.  Do you say it to the person.

I yell violently at the slaves hauling my palanquin for dropping the curtians that shield my immense majesty from the prying eyes of you pathetic human filth.  Sometimes I will have one or two of them executed if I think they were being lazy or inattentive.

Are you scared that if you layed him or her- it would not be what you want.  or the he/she would want your stuff [assets or control you]

Are there moments you connect with a gaze and how would you approach the person?

we all look at something.

OH are you skilled at looking w/o looking?

most of all- how do you zero in for the kill?

??

I love to people watch and if I'm gonna do that then I'm gonna watch the best looking thing in the room.  Why would I want to watch someone ugly?  Same with flirting.  I find that it's not so much the attractiveness of the other person that decides whether or not I approach, but rather my self confidence at that particular moment.

Even pretty people fart,burp,act out and have flaws.Just like everyone else.

There is someone for everyone,big and small, ugly or pretty.

And,..... looks don`t last.

My general response to really stunningly pretty people is *sigh*
I don't understand that. Why does a really stunningly pretty person cause that?Unless it has been surgically cultivated, it is just who they are.

Well, it's not like I hold it against them or refuse to be friends with them, but I know I'm waaay to low on the attractiveness scale to bother asking them out.

And don't tell me to play the numbers game ... that only works for folks who are passably decent looking ... I tried it and was celibate for 10 years.

Don't sell yourself short, its a matter of confidence. Women dig confidence. I am 40 years old and average looking at best - but never have a problem finding a gorgeous blonde who is legal but not even old enough to buy a beer to warm my bed. I wont name her out of privacy concerns and because Im very fond of her but im my opinion the best looking and sweetest sub on all of CM is with a man nearly three times her age so how physically beautiful can he be??? Its about confidence, attitude, fun, humor, and the numbers.... If at first you dont succeed - try try again.

Ýou are way too low on the attractiveness scale?  Whose scale?  Yours or everyone else's in the world.  I think about my friends and we are all attracted to very different people...physically and personality wise.  Is the problem that you aren't attractive or that you don't believe you are attractive?

I don't consider myself amazingly beautiful but I know that when I smile people notice me so it makes sense for me to smile a lot.  :)

In answer to the OP if I see someone whom I feel is very attractive I make my smile that little bit brighter when I say hello....and I possibly have been known to flirt outrageously and in some situations...to even giggle!!!!!

Raechard -> RE: Good lookin men/woman scare u ?? (5/11/2008 7:48:15 AM)

What did the numbers game get anyone but a load of one night stands that were probably people taking advantage of you as much as you thought you were taking advantage of them? That kind of thinking will leave you a lonely old man who only ever made fleeting connections with people and never really had anyone love him that didn't have to.

You have to try on a lot of pairs of shoes to find the ones that fit perfectly. Shes out there somewhere.... She just might be that woman you dont approach because you werent playing the numbers. Suppose tje love of my life turns out to be the cashier I didnt hit on, or the chick I didnt IM because I figured shes too beautiful she already has 10,000 e-mails. Well she hasnt had MINE yet and if its meant to be.... it will be.

hunk, i'm not skilled at looking like i'm not looking at all so i don't even try to hide it anymore.  i don't drool on  good looking guys shoes for sure but if they look good i look at them.  and it's not always physical appearance that will get my attention, sometimes its a scent or a healthy self confidence that will get it.
friday i was at a school crossing in my car and a cop was helping the kids across.  wow, the uniform, the legs, shoulders, the sweaty forehead...it made me smile and yes i looked at him enough that he noticed and laughed.  i'm lucky i didn't wreck my car as i was driving off.

Everyone is discriminating about who they date and you for example seem to have ruled out women your own age in many of your posts, why is that if it is all about trying out pairs of shoes to get the right fit?

I can work out who I have a connection or may have a connection with in a quite short space of time I don't have to chance my arm like that and I'm not going to bother with people that I obviously have not commonality with. She may be a cashier that isn’t seeing her full potential but is that honestly what you are pursuing her for? When I get in relationships with people it hurts if it doesn’t work out and it leads to all kinds of where did we go wrong type debates with myself, you can pretend otherwise if you like and be of the love them and leave them stereotype. I therefore like to have realistic objectives and not think just because she has two legs she has potential to be happy with me.

DomAviator -> RE: Good lookin men/woman scare u ?? (5/11/2008 8:45:21 AM)

I tend to date younger women because I have more in common with them and we have more fun. Not many 40 year old women want to go to the Avril Lavigne concert, or to hang out drinking flaming shots of Jerimiah Weed, or to approach a day trip with "fuck it lets see where this goes"... (as in literally pointing the car south and deciding Oh Ok we're in Corpus Christi. That works!") Not all appreciate my happy go lucky attitude on many things - hence the reason my exwife and I divorced. Laura needed a six page procedure to take a piss... I on the other hand have enough serious shit to deal with that if its not a matter of life safety I will do whatever my strikes my, my partners, and my credit cards fancy. I am 40 going on 25 and as a result I just tend to get on better with the younger women. I refuse to grow up LOL

Also, if youre getting hurt every time it doesnt work I would speculate you are investing too much too soon. Every date I go on isnt the mother of my unborn children. Sometimes shes just a cool chick to eat wings, drink beer, and sing kareoke with... Worst case scenario - it didnt work out and we had fun and some laughs. Nobody gets hurt.

Good lookin men/woman scare u  ??

Depends how old they are.  I've never been scared of rejection, so much as how they react if they're scared of me.

Older attractive women always seem to be a lot more easy going.  I can smile and say hi with no need to worry about getting maced.

It's the younger one's nowadays who've been trained to think "all men are rapists."  I don't even make eye contact with women my age or younger.

RealSub58 -> RE: Good lookin men/woman scare u ?? (5/11/2008 9:31:42 AM)

Searching for something on the net the other day I came across something interesting...
(I could find it again and give the link)
It started with Howard Stern and his woman.  Not at all handsome and gorgeous.
It went on to say something how the very beautiful woman seem to choose very unhandsome men.  And why.
Stern and his woman are a good example of that.

Actually, thats probably sound advice for the smaller less physically imposing guys. Howver I did note that you move in and then take her someplace else BEFORE he comes back. Ie he storms off and then by the time he comes back to apologize hes been replaced and shes gone.

Practically speaking though, when going after the early 20's crowd - most of those guys lack the stones to lip off to a 6'4" 230 pound military looking guy. If you have a herd of buddies to back you up too- most think twice about doing anything but slinking away to lick their wounded pride. Those who have been Navy / Marine Corps know what I mean. Some townie might have his pride hurt but he isnt going to get in a bar fight with every set of gold wings in the place....

You've certainly laid your character out there DA.

Women choose to be with you only as a lesser of two evils.
You slink away before you can be confronted with your predatory tactics.
Your individual courage is nonexistent, but with a group in support of you you're willing to face any one individual.
The potential for 6 divorces in 18 years. Wow, that sounds exciting! You're sure beating them off with a stick, but for all the wrong reasons.

Yep, all clear character statements.

Most sincerely,

Uncle Nasty

Nasty, Im not insulted. Rather I am amused... Some of the naive notions men have about women and "predatory" guys like me just boggle my mind. Women are sexual creatures on the hunt every bit as much as men are. Women are "looking for the best deal they can find"... Thats why there is a cosmetics industry, a lingerie industry, a fashion industry, hair salons, spas, gyms, etc... They are marketing themselves as much as I am shopping - a Cindy Lauper said "Girls Just Want To Have Fun"

Ill be blunt... If they can get a better deal why not take it? Ok as for my "move in to pick up the pieces" approach.... If some cheap bastard is bitching and throwing a temper tantrum because his girlfriend wants to go on the $14 Duck tour in Galveston and instead he wants to make her watch him play pool all day while shes bored out of her mind well then fuck him. If she strikes my fancy Ill take her, and while Im at it once were done with the duck tour well go on the horse drawn carriage ride, take the ghost tour, and hop in my Vette or Eddie Bauer and head to Kemah to go out on the Beast and the Boardwalk too!

If he doesnt want to make her happy, then someone else will. There is no reason some gorgeous little 19 year old hottie needs to take shit and put out in the back seat of an 87 Camaro for a bottle of Miller Lite and a half a Whattaburger! Ok at least here in Texas - some of the guys need to learn that Gilleys is long closed, Urban Cowboy is from a bygone era and the Bud and Sissy approach no longer works. "I apologize clear back to the first time I done hit ya sisssy now shut up and watch me ride this here bull" no longer flies...

Im not dragging them off by the hair kicking and screaming, they go cause they want to. Not because Im "the lesser of two evils" but because they see a better deal when it comes along. You'd be amazed how many beautiful women are treated like shit and not listened to. Listening and actually giving a shit of what they say goes a long way. Doing things they want to do goes a long way. Sitting through the chick flick instead of the slice and dice slasher flick goes a long way. I can catch the horror flick next week for a buck at the Nasa Dollar 8 some afternoon when the weather is below VFR minimums so my schedule is canceled. The hot chick is a "act now" deal and as the saying goes "Carpe Diem"

It applies equally in DS. The women CHOSE to submit, to the best deal they can get... Submission is a gift and many would rather gladly give of themselves to the daddy dom type that makes them feel valued as a person than to the scary cocksucker who terrifies them, keeps them in a well and says "it puts the lotion in the basket"....

As for my personal courage.... I dont need to justify that to you or anyone else. Ever dropped bombs on Saddam Husseins fucking house? I have. I just dont need to prove my masculinity by beating the fucking snot out of some kid with a wild hair having a temper tantrum because he fucked up and lost out on a good thing by being a jerk. Besides, taking her someplace else enables the date to begin. New places, new faces, a fresh start and a change of scenery. Changes in lattitudes, changes in attitudes all that good stuff.

Im not a predator, women want to be picked up as much as I want to pick them up. Otherwise, they would say "no" and I would move on to the next one...
