Status: offline 		that is where the problem is with that term. many hear the term shemale and automatically equate it with TS,when they are two separate things entirely.i know many trans and a few intersexxed that cannot stand the terms equated via the ones who use the terms improperly.

a good example,i've been called a bull dyke,whence i am not,i just have short hair and grew up as a tomboy.but some how people over the years have equated two things that are compleatly different.

i'm not saying that against anyone here it's just something that does tend to happen.

The OP has said he used the term Shemale because he didnt know anything better - thats fine, I forgive him. What I dont forgive is the inherently insulting fetishizing of those of us with birth defects. I forgive him his ignorance and welcome the opportunity to educate a little. But I find it very difficult to understand the perpetuation and promotion of negative attitudes.

Just because black guys call each other by the N word, doesnt mean its OK for me to do so too.

LE, just in recent years has the term TS appeared, in the past all of us has use the word shemale to denote chicks with tits and dicks..just my two cents on the matter,To each their own but I perfer SM......bounty

Status: offline 		Shemale is a horrible term...i find it disgusting...i personally though dislike the word transgendered and transsexual. I'm a woman through and through...just with a birth defect. i'm fortunate though that my indian blood makes me look naturally femme. Thing is i've been having a horrible time trying to figure myself out...i have a high sex drive (thinks its the T) but i dislike my (defect) but i love that (sexual) feeling. Do any other transwomen experience this? i've been on estrogen for about a month though and my sex drive has slowed down and i've been alot happier about myself, and to the OP don't think of "shemales" as sex objects. goto http://www.lauras-playground.com/ for more advice on trans people. This website is a support group that provides a wealth of information on trans identified people.

shemale is also a bad word and often used by trans population even though they have no clue what it means or where it came from.

this does not exist.  once a transsexual starts to take hormones.  the sex drive goes down and eventually is gone with a non functional penis.  depending on the hormone type they are taking it can only take 1-2 yrs to be completely non functional.

a transsexual would not want you to use their penis in the first place.  most are repulsed by it (as said earlier in this thread).  so your fantasy may only be had by a cd.  but most cd's are straight.

does not exist either.  and its hermaphrodite (you forgot the r).  hermaphrodite is also now called intersexed.  as there are many different forms and every form has some sort of deformaty among them to not allow for full functionality..if any functionality at all.

hermaphrodite IS NOT A SHEMALE.  god damn ignorants.  intersexed are born biologically female and biologically male with atleast both genitalia.  shemale is created and artificial.

yes...well i have to educate where it is needed...i had to find out all this information by myself over the years...it was very hard to find information when i was growing up...starting at around age 7.  70's and 80's had so little info..then the 90's came in and tv shows started popping up with info.

yes some terms are very new...but transsexual a very old term just as transgender is.  hermaphrodite is an ancient term from the gods hermes and aphrodite. 

intersexed is relatively new but has been around for ages just not widely used since so few are born this way and most are kept secret where parents are not even informed and surgery is performed without knowledge/consent.

not every individual in this "classification" hates having a penis as someone stated above. I know a girl who is very feminine, very lovely, and finds her penis to be exciting because she definitely brings something different to the table hah. Sure..she was born a man but for her it si nher soul that makes feminine, not the penis. She loves using it on boys.

   I offer no apologies.  Because you know darn well.. there IS a fetish out there where men will pose as female for sexual gratification..They are NOT transgendered physically nor mentally and they do a disservice to those who are.  The OP is just rattling around in his closet and needs to address his needs honestly.
