I'm a subby wanna be but here goes.

I started working in a small family business when I was 5 or 6 and took over opperations when I was 14 until I entered graduate school. During that time I always had at least one other job and / or ran one other business. These included busboy, DJ, building maintenance, computer room troll, landscaping, "desktop publishing" (remember when that was new?), property managment, taught English at a community college for a while,. etc.

I spent several years as a cog at a Fortune 1 company and now run my own small company with employees, customers, and bastards, er, investors. :-P

Hmmm for me I have taught a few different things... religious school (lol), elementary school, high school history. The some graphic design (what I actually went to school for!), then I spent the rest of my time teaching ballet, performing ballets, and then I was a college professor. Right now, I'm serving my Master and not working... but I will probably be dancing and teaching dance again before long... also trying to get back into painting more.

Noting interesting here, just worked on computers for as long as I can remember.

When I was younger I used to work on DJ equipment. NO I wasn't a DJ, I just made their equipment stupid simple. That way there were never any issues when they went to use it.

I have had many jobs as it seems to be common among the postings on this thread.    Besides the mundane jobs such as various retail/cashier/labour/restaurant jobs i've had some of the more interesting are
Web designer,  artist (yes i made money off it :p not much though ha-ha),  Owned my own business selling jewellery/bellydance supplies, florist,
At current I work as a customs broker (for those that do not know what this is:  data entry/typing/answering phones/research and dealing with the burecractic government known as Canada customs..   so ya I am a secretary with a fancy title :P

I did the DJ thing as an excuse / means to collect equipment I wanted :-) Two jobs I always wanted to do but have not yet had the oppy: gravedigger and gas station attendant. I don't think I'll get a shot at gas station attendant since they don't exist anymore.

For those of you too young to remember gas station attendants:  We would drive up to the gas station and over the pneumatic hose that rang a  bell and man in  a uniform would rush out to the car. "What would you like today, maam?" While the gas was pumping he would check the coolant, battery fluid level, the belts under the hood and of course the oil. "She's a half-quart low. Let's keep an eye on it; I can add a quart the next time you're in." Also he would wash the front window and maybe even check the tire pressure if a tire looked low. At the end a little clipboard came out and my mother would sign the ticket and we'd drive off.

I still think it would be cool.

At one point, our stable of subs included two doctors, two lawyers, and two bodyguards.  Neither of the lawyers lasted long.

Not true.  There are still two states in the union where gas station attendants are ubiquitous.

WOW, that's quite the collection!

We found the symmetry amusing.  Of course, listing them that way is an extreme over-simplification, as the specifics of each relationship differed considerably.

Cool! Are these actual physical locations or something ethereal like a state of mind? Is time travel required to visit? Do they wear uniforms? Where, where, where?

Physical locations: New Jersey and Oregon.  In both states, it is illegal for ordinary citizens to pump their own gas.  Uniforms do not seem to be de rigueur, however.
