For some reason, I was flipping past the channels and it landed on the RNC,
right when Sarah Palin started speaking.
Sarah is if nothing else, very interesting.

So what do/did you think of her speech?
I can't figure her out at this point.
Are we ready for a possible President Palin?

My first impression tonight was that she's got a very charming family, who are all in attendance, and all of whom she is obviously very proud of.

Watching it now... I am not hearing anything about addressing issues, just a lot of good slam dunks on the opposing side, the crowd is going wild for. She is witty... but is witty enough to help run a country?

By the way, she only has 5 children, the same as Nancy Polosi (democrat) who is speaker of the house. If Nancy has time Sarah will have time to..

With Obama's devotion to his family, I seriously doubt he has any input into his political machine either. Too much of a devoted family man...

Regarding Sarah Palin, she... Obama and the rest of the Dems have every reason to be worried. NOW I see why they've rolled out their attack machine.

She speaks kind of like Reagan did.

I would say we now know why she was chosen, and why certain Dems have been in panic mode.

Excellent speech, it surpassed what I expected of this woman.

And I was very impressed with her. I was initially skeptical, I admit, but tonight she really showed her fire. She's a fighter and she does have a natural charisma about her.

You must have missed the parts about not raising taxes and about energy independence (drilling, clean coal, nuclear, solar, wind, et cetera) in particular.

But I do agree, she got some good shots in at the other side.

I agree, but I would like to hear a bit more of a plan on how things are going to be done or how we can fix things, rather than attacks on how someone else did it wrong. I loved her wit, her fighting spirit and personally thought she was great, but I want some meat and potatoes.

I actually think Nancy is pretty nice looking, But I'd put tape over her mouth first. Who knows, She might get a call from Harry Ried right at the good part...
