1. Vaginal fisting is fun but different hands as well as different vaginas are different sizes.
2. What, you folks are NOT using gloves???!!!??? What sorts of safe do you call safe? I know where my hands have been.
3. ANY fingernails are too much for fisting. Manicured lesbians put cotton balls in the tips of their latex or nitrile gloves to preserve nails and playtime fun.
4. Knuckle size is one thing; next thing is, how well can he roll his hands? And keep it rolled?

OK--i can't believe this hasn't been mentioned after 5 pages of responses!!!!!

Massage of the muscles around the vagina. It is a mid-wife technique to keep women from tearing during childbirth.

1) do Kegel exercises. The more in shape the muscle is--the more it will stretch.
2) Use a hot towel on your vaginal area for 5 minutes. Just get it hot and lay it on.
3) Once the muscle is warm--use your fingers to gently massage the skin and muscle DOWN and open. Pull until you feel nice and tight. Then relax the muscle. Do it again 10 times.

Takes 10 minutes a day to do the whole thing--and within a few weeks--your muscles are much more limber and able to stretch and open more.

What affect does KY have on Lube?
But you are right, lube like totally dried me out.
Oh well, maybe Miss will not be as displeased with girl as she was today. Play time was like a total flop.

mmmmmm Fisting ... It took us 7 months before I was able to get fully fisted. I'm so very thankful to have a patient and loving Master that knows the tricks and is not afraid to take things at a turtle speed. A couple of things we've done which led to our success:

- bottles - start small and slowly work them up in size. The mini coke bottles, then a beer bottle, then a water bottled (filled with warm water) <getting larger in size>

- dildos, we even purchased an insanely huge latex/rubber dildo that inflates ... it was incredible to feel the filling sensation as it was being inflated slowly.

- lots and lots and lots of foreplay ... for me this included building on the anticipation while I was at the office, receiving a txt telling me explicitly what he was going to do when I was with him

- lube, lube, lube - I love astroglide, the strawberry scent it doesn't dry out - lube, lube, lube

I hope this information is of some interest ... we are all different and do what feels comfortable for you and your Master. =o)
