My main reason for being here is the forums; I enjoy conversing with others. However, I am also looking for a LTR; this is a secondary reason for being here though.

Considering that I haven't been "on" much lately, it's a good question.

I'll tell you what I tell people in person.  I'm always looking for play partners.  Just because I have a sub does not mean that I don't play with others, so that is always a possibility.

As to the other stuff, no, I'm not looking for kinky sex.  No, I'm not looking for anyone to pay for play or support Me in any other way financially.  Service is nice and I certainly don't argue with those who offer it.  I already have people who I share My life with, but I'm also poly so adding to the family isn't out of the question if there's a good match.

Otherwise, I'm here for the forums.  I enjoy the conversations here.  After being around the site for a couple of years, I've gotten to cyber know many of the regular posters and there are some good folks.  I appreciate the personalities that come through in the writing.  Not to mention, it's a great place to kick around ideas when one can't sleep.  [;)]

Yes to all the questions above, except the money part.

When I moved back to Connecticut after being in California for almost 15 years, I bought a house, moved in started to paint, then my brother and his 2 children moved in.  I then found-out that Connecticut's Scene was nothing like in LA.  I used to go to clubs in LA or even San Francisco (kink and BDSM clubs) with groups of 12 to 20 friends, there was always a party going on somewhere, and it was great.

But I moved back to CT and my "old friends" were now "old", married, not so much into going to clubs and could barely get any from their wives once every three months.  It was all very depressing, but I started asking around and found CM, Fetlife, the Society, and WMPE.  I still have lots ot explore in all of those, but I am giving it a college try (whatever that means).

When my brother moved out 2-3 weeks ago, I deleted my old profile (SirJM) which was more about looking for a kinky and fun distraction, and created a new profile, which was what I ultimately wanted.

Ideally, I would like to find someone who will gladly walk down the same path as me.  She would be valued, well pleasured, respected, and happy... and I would feel the same, in a Dom kind of way [;)] 

I can't tell you how much I hate forums, but this one has been given an exemption.  I feel that the people who contribute on here are very well spoken, intuitive, care deeply about this lifestyle and those in it, and have a solid sense of realism.  It is a nice contrast from some of the people's profiles on the other half of this site.

I would love to find a Master who's goal is to mold me into the slave of his dreams.  Being slave/submissive is a part of my personality and soul,  and it is proven in every aspect of my life even since childhood.  To find someone who can truly teach, guide, and refine that part of me  is all I wish for.   This may sound corny, but I would love to be the missing piece that completes  his puzzle of happiness.

Ultimately I'd like to find someone to share my life with.  But I know that could be a long search.  In the meantime, play partners would be welcome, as would friends.  And new ideas and sharing of resources are worth exploring, too.

 I discovered this site looking for some kinky lingerie to wear for My Lord, and stuck around for the conversation.  It really was my lightbulb moment, as someone said already.   Up until stumbling into here, I thought we were just having seriously twisted, weird sex.  Well, we ARE having seriously weird twisted sex, but now I know we're not alone!!  [;)]
