Logging in from ER waiting room=- I don’t care what those people at the wedding say about everhope’s chapped lips and scraped up knees, she fell in Cali before she left and that is how her knees ended up like that . . . I swear! 6 days ago, while carrying the last of her worldly possessions to the truck, she had to cross the unlight parking garage the construction crew at her condo had taken the lighting out of. That is why she fell. She landed here in Florida and it has been a whirlwind. Boxes coming in through UPS, off to Orlando for Greedy & Pirate’s wedding, off to Flagler Beach for a business project . . . all the time, the swelling in her ankle was going up and down. It’s been a week, it hasn’t healed, it didn’t swell at first, all bad signs and she has Blue Cross of CA insurance so only 1 local doctor and ER is covered. … so here we sit in the ER. We have been here soooooooooooooooooooo long I broke out a laptop and logged in through a patient’s proxy net they foolishly named guest and had the typical user pass (guest/1234) logon. LOL Free advice: don’t go to the local hospital when there is a full moon! PS…. If everhope doesn’t die, I may kill her and plead insanity from this ER room exposure!.

oh Sir, please give everhope great big huge healing hugs and kisses from me....i must tell You that for me, going to the ER is the very last place i want to be. i'm sending her and You a great amount of patience, tolerance, love, and joy..... And if that doesn't work, sometimes when i'm sitting places i wonder what other people would look like if they were in BDSM....... aw, hell...It's just a step up from the whole 'picture them naked' premise. . . . so, here we sit in the ER waiting to find out if the delayed swelling is from a blood clot or not. Other than her leg, everhope is doing well considering she has been blasted with life at full speed and had to hit the ground running ever since she landed in Florida. We haven’t had time to shop for groceries because we have been moving so fast. But now . . . here we sit, waiting as time moves like molasses in this ER. Business partners are in Flagler chomping at the bit, a web programmer in Orlando is tapping his fingers . . . . a flash movie producer in CA is sitting idle, all while we sit here in this freaking ER . . . and now, the Disney channel is on. I am going to go postal. I have been so spoiled having a doctor for a father and not having to wait for medical attention. This ER crap is for the birds unless you are fatally wounded and they see you quickly.

lord help me ...Sir is going bonkers waiting in this ER. the only thing that is keeping his sanity is the children who are chating it up with him. i thought about wearing the heels to the ER, good thing i didn't my other leg might have gotten messed up waiting all this time to see a doc.

This is the Port Orange branch of the Halifax Hospital (Daytona) and half the glass doors still say "medical center" because it was only recently upgraded to a hospital.
