Well I think the image that pops into a lot of peoples heads is the whole micromanagement routine - I can't breathe down somebody's neck all day, and I sure as hell wouldn't want somebody breathing down mine- there will be plenty of heavy breathing involved, but I'm a firm believer that Two heads are better than one - it's just that a partner, any partner, can make you or break you, behind every great man, etc.

I mean, as awesome as I am, I can't think of everything, and I do tend to get off into my own little world sometimes, it's a creative thing, in a manner eerily similar to procrastination, and it helps to have somebody to give me a kick in the ass every so often.

i.e., just because it's TPE, I don't expect you not to have some standards, expectations, imagination, or a life of your own. I'm looking for loyalty, respect and obedience - but that cuts both ways, and if I want blind obedience I'll get a dog.
