Cool, at least you are honest and realize that ultimately Obama's plans will lead to health care rationing, withholding drugs from those who arent deemed worthy of them, and letting people die if some government beaurocrat thinks their care will be too costly. If more people accepted that reality they wouldnt be so enthusiastic about "free" medical care. Those other countries cover basic services for everyone, getting a greater return on their dollars, while we deny the young and only invest in the old, ultimately planting our public dollars into the ground along with the elderly body. I am at a loss as to how anybody can think our approach is better. Pointing to the 'merits' of 3-day access to costly, extreme procedures for the elderly doesn't buy us out of that doghouse.

Merc recognising current reality is one thing,accepting that this must allways be so quite another.It would seem you are fine with the whole children must die thing.....as long as America doesn't go down any "Socialized Medicine" path. Are you actually comfortable with a stance that basically says the worlds richest economy can not afford to see to the health of all its citizens in a costly and efficient manner?

I don't get into the grit with you boys anyway and expect apologies after the fact. if you think that comment about paying as much attention to buying insurance as I do for clothes shopping and that I better not have children because I can't afford them anyway as not insulting, thank you in advance for letting me know exactly the type of.....character you posess. I can take as good as I get, but even for here that was unneccesarily rude and if you knew me you'd see the asinine nature of that comment as well. I doubt we run in the same circles. Such an odd statement, how do you equate my insurance premium with the ability to afford procreating? Kind of an odd way to assess something. Perhaps that kind of thinking is why the Republicans were so thorougly trounced last election? Their inablity to read their constituency and people in general? Actually just the fact that you would vote for Palin tells me all I need to know. Really.
