Status: offline 		I have been in this situation for 7 years and can't find a regular play partner due to other Doms grabbing first or having more power and influence to atrract subs. I keep reminding myself  "a quitter never wins and a winner never quits" One night stands or play is too psycho-emotional-draining,  I seek a regular play partner.

Status: offline 		I am thinking that you've not put yourself in adequate situations within which to meet folks, that you have not been assertive enough with those you have met, and/or that your approach has been not-quite-right. 
Also, I just perved your profile.  Personally, and I fall within your age, hair, and racial requirements requirements, though I am a bit lighter than you note and am a switch, so presumably I'm nearly your target audience.  So, here's my thoughts: you don't look comfortable holding the flogger or the rod in your hands; they look like you don't know what to do with them and you don't look pleased but rather confused.  I dislike the letter written to your prospective slave (It rather creeps me out) but someone else may enjoy that.  Your parameters for a partner are really limited, so you're limiting yourself.  I really, really dislike the assertion of love for someone you don't even know but, who knows, someone else may enjoy that.  So, I'd suggest some work on the profile and on presentation, though personal style is important.

Status: offline 		Jut kick back and enjoy the company and the ambiance. If you are a social beastie then it may be hardier but for folks like me who like to retire into the darkest corners where smoking is allowed, it is fine to enjoy watching the social event unfold.

Status: offline 		Flogger you have a very narrow search range and that will limit those that will respond.  Also, I think that your listing being so sexual  may put off many.  You really don't tell a sub about who you are as a dominant other than being interested in sexual aspects of BDSM. As far as clubs perhaps try some munches where you are more likely to meet new/unattached subs.

Status: offline 		Why on earth would you specify a weight range but not a height range?  130 pounds is anorexic on a 6' woman and heavy on a 4'10" woman.  And only a ten pound range?

And I agree with the others that the little-girl letter sounds creepy.

Status: offline 		Depending on where you live, there may be more than one club to attend. I know in Denver there is "Gateway," which is the group that is literally the gateway into the Denver scene. (Or at least it was a couple of years ago...) It's the club newbies are steered toward, where they can learn and watch and participate in forms of play they might not be familliar with... The perk of going to this group is that you get first shot at new faces... of course the downside is that you also have a higher chance of hooking up with a poseur, or someone who really doesn't "get it."

This is possible the best piece of advise I have seen for anyone no matter what they are looking or including work.. Remember, Power attracts Power and power is a jolly huge aphrodisiac..

Putting yourself and what you have to offer out there can't hurt. If it hasn't worked up to this point to sit back and wait then it might push things along for you to do some approaching on your end.
