I met quite a few people who had worked on the ranch too. He was not well liked by many people. One more thing I'll say before I go is, some of you are coming at this with minds that have already been made up, from a very judgemental point of view. "He had a very unusual lifestyle, he liked hanging out with children, so there must be SOMETHING to the accusations". Just imagine how it would look if one of you ended up in court charged with a serious crime. I'll take myself as an example. Say I was falsely accused of rape. They take my computer, and find that I fantasize about rape, I've written fictional scenarios about it, I've got porn with a rape theme. Imagine a small minded jury that didn't understand that there are many healthy people that fantasize and consensually carry out these kinds of scenarios. I would be screwed. No one would believe me.

Would you allow your child to be alone with him let alone sleep in a bed with him without any other adults around? Maybe the parents that did were sick fucks too and were hoping to hit the lottery. I, personally, never would have let my children anywhere near that man.

Well let me come at this from a really cold hearted angle. Part of me thinks he was guilty, part of me doesn't. All I know he may have been a bizarre person yet as a singer/songwriter, he was quite talented even if I wasn't a huge fan, I did like some of his songs. Frankly his death is unfortunate yet I was more upset when Freddie Mercury died.
