It all depends on what you want to do.... There is a lot of risk in some of the things that we can do and planning and consideration of the risks and how to minimize them is important. It is very comforting for me to know that my Lord plans and considers the risks involved and is constantly looking for things that he might have missed that would harm those he plays with. As for the spontanaity, well he rarely tells you what he has planned so it is a surprize for you... and he will consider things for weeks or months and when the opportune time presents itself he will act on it and it will appear to be spontaneous, but it is only the timing that is spontaneous and the rest has been considered well in advance.
