Big papa is stalking the chinchilla, while his brother eyes the male kitten. The male kitten is drinking mycoffee,oh well,I dont need that anyway. I think the female kitten is still under the couch with my scrunci. Sarah Jessica Parker be damned,Im going to want that back.

I think the brothers of destruction know me enough now to try the oil in their fur.we shall see

Angel is very creative about finding things to shed her white fur on. She got into my closet, knocked over a dark blue cloth suitcase, and proceeded to lay on it, get it covered in white fur.

No, mybrother has a chinchilla, but decided it shouldstay here over a random summer break. So, it still liveshere. Its enclosed safely, and if it werent, big papa wouldnt catch him anyway.hes thirtyfive pounds and a monstrosityof a cat.his previous owners fed him a little too well

I cant help but wonder what itd be a euphamism for...hmmmmm....

Hmmm....where are they today?ivebeen so busy rewiping cabinets im not even sure. I believe last i saw the kittens were in the hallway ruining my carpet, big papa was staring out the picture window, and his brother was eating thedogs food.

Black & white cats are even worse. They somehow manage to shed only black hairs on light items, and white hairs on dark items.

Nope . . . but now that you mention it, it would be a good one! The "^" was referring to the post above by goodgirlmary, she said it. I couldn't believe she bought a chinchilla for her cats to chase.

Yep, I know what you mean! I once had a cat with white, black, and orange fur, so no matter what the color of the item, she managed to get a contrasting color of fur on it.

Now I have one solid black cat and one solid white cat. When I wear light colors, the black cat wants to get lovey-dovey and rub her fur all over me. When I wear dark colors, the white cat wants to do that.

Sheesh, guys, I would've thought by now that ya'll would have figured out that cat hair is a FASHION ACCESSORY! Hence the pretty contrasting colors!

I'm with the crowd of black, white, 2 different shades of gray and brown.....they've pretty much got all of my color choices covered....no pun intended!

In an effort to get some fresh air into the place I'm staying, I've been cracking my door open with the chain on it. It's too small for anyone to get out....trust me, I checked. But the kittehs will sit in the crack, and from the outside, it looks like they are all stacked on top of each other. I keep trying to take them out on their leashes, but for some reason, they all act like big old fraidy cats and refuse to come out of the room....even KB, who is usually the first one out the door. There's a lot of traffic noise from the highway, but that's never really bothered them before. It is way too hot to take them downstairs and walk them, the tar on the pavement is even melted. And I finally got rid of the fleas they picked up in Florida, so I'm not about to take them out into the grass.

They miss sitting in the windows smelling fresh air too....the windows here in the room don't open. blech!

Whiteness and I just had our fur brushing session. Good heavens! What a mess. I'm going to have to shower and change before even thinking about making dinner.

Not to worry, Sweetums, we had 12 good years together, and everything has its season. She wasn't ill, but got hurt. I had neither the money, nor my health, to keep her in the body. Such is life in the big city.

It's really OK, Mystic. I know how devoted a cat lover you are, and hate to think how it might disturb you. I just want to be sure you know I'm OK with it. All is well.

Dusky, I am glad you are okay with it. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, as she was a family member and this is a significant loss. Please take care of yourself {{{hugs}}}

I thank you, ladies, but it was no loss and more a blessing, so shed not a tear. Circumstances have taken such a toll as to leaving me with not enough energy to care or spare anymore. Never thought I'd see the day, nevertheless, it is here.

So no more condolences from anyone else, y'all, please. Give it to them that needs.
