My opinion as to when that occurs is irrelevant to the poll that I created.  And why does it matter?  geez... I think that the answer that you give to that question will be one that you totally agree with, and, after all, isn't that what really matters?

Although your opinion is irrelevant, the way you choose the wording to your questions for your "scientific" survey certainly is relevant.
Try this survey:
1. I recently have discontinued picking my nose and eating it.
2. I continue to pick my nose and eat it.

From my scientific survey, I can conclude that everyone picks their nose and eats it currently, or has recently stopped. I doubt that my results are accurate.

Your survey has words that need a definition before one answers the survey. What does disguise mean? If the picture shows an adams apple, is there no "disguise"? What if you really don't care, so it is equally ok to disguise as to not disguise - so neither answer applies? What if you think it is ok for the males to disguise it, but you don't want the females to disguise it (or vice versa)?

Since your questions and answers are slanted to a presupposed conclusion, your survey is anything but "scientific", although it truly is a survey.

They didn't test any of my grandchildren and I was there for some of those births. Now sassy doesn't mean knowledge or correctness. I said I didnt know and I am not researching, you are.

Why would dna testing be needed to be ongoing?  And you were the one that brought it up... the dna bit...

ha ha ha, the content in your post is so funny!  I bet you would make an exceptional stand up comic!

And isn't your husband getting lonely tonight... after all, you were supposed to be spending it with him?

I am not a doctor; you need to ask your own doctor those questions.   Maybe birth defects?  Who knows?  I don't play one on TV either; but why don't you ask your bulletin board buddies; THEY KNOW EVERYTHING!

Wow, you did not know that DNA testing was ongoing from conception to well after birth with most birth mothers in 2009?

You got some legitimate statistics to back this up?  I personally know very few people whose children had any DNA tests.  The few that did (me included) was thru amniocentesis several months after conception to check for developmental defects due to my age.  However, the test was not to determine the presence or absence of X and/or Y chromosomes, but for other defects.

What DNA tests are being done at conception?

I am aware of no one personally who had any DNA testing after birth, except for disputed paternity, and gender was not included on the resulting report.  So who is having gender/DNA testing "well after birth with most birth mothers in 2009"??

In regards to all newborns being screened:

Not every state participates in this program, so please forgive those of us who do not live in one of the states that do for our obvious ignorance and allow us to bow down to your supreme knowledge of all national standards. <insert huge eyeroll>

LINK regarding which states DNA test newborns.

I suggest that YOU know what you're talking about before calling all us of wrong on something.

No, he is laughing it up at all the stupid posts that he has seen your friends on this bulletin board make tonight.  He told me it is funny to watch smartass people sink theirselves over and over again. I agree totally with him;  that is my opinion on the matter  [:D]

CalifChick -> RE: Should Male Transvestites Be Allowed To Disguise Their Birth Sex? (9/28/2009 7:49:19 PM)

Purply-one, those DNA tests are for certain diseases.  They aren't necessarily an XX or XY test (or other combination).

Go ask your doctor.  I am not a doctor, and don't play one on TV either.   I NEVER MADE ANY STATEMENT ABOUT ANY MANDATORY DNA TESTING.  Damn woman, get your shit straight!  [:D]

CalifChick -> RE: Should Male Transvestites Be Allowed To Disguise Their Birth Sex? (9/28/2009 7:51:09 PM)

I didn't say they WERE mandatory.  You made the statement about testing in "most birth mothers in 2009", and I'm saying back it up or shut up.  I don't need to ask my doctor about a statement YOU made.

Cali

Lockit -> RE: Should Male Transvestites Be Allowed To Disguise Their Birth Sex? (9/28/2009 7:51:30 PM)

She's right.. she didn't say mandatory... she did imply the rest though.

Where are your statistics and data to back up your statement?!?!?!  You are such a slacker!

Yeah, put up or shut up!  Where is your evidence that doctors are not doing ANY DNA TESTING ON ANY CONCEIVED CHILDREN?   where, where?!!!??!  So comical, I am throwing up at how funny you are!

purepleasure -> RE: Should Male Transvestites Be Allowed To Disguise Their Birth Sex? (9/28/2009 7:53:58 PM)

I'm going to ask you to prove your statistic of newborns being tested for xx and xy DNA at birth, in all 50 states.

Please, oh please, just stop creating a situation where people might believe that females from California aren't smart!  I spent time in California!

BKSir -> RE: Should Male Transvestites Be Allowed To Disguise Their Birth Sex? (9/28/2009 7:55:04 PM)

Transvestites?  I'd say they should be allowed to, although, I'd prefer they didn't.  If I'm going in expecting he parts, I hope to god I find he parts or I'll be very disappointed. ;)  Then again, I like to find boy parts under girl coverings, so my opinion might be a bit confusing.

Actual transsexuals though, yes, of course.  You are who you are, right here, right now.  Means squat to me if you were born male or female.  If you undergo reassignment surgery, you aren't what you were born as, so, if you're NOW a male, then you're now a male, plain and simple.  Or if you're in the middle of actually transitioning, then fine, whatever you're going toward.  Works for me.

And then there's the true hermaphrodites, I know a couple personally, it's very confusing knowing to call them "him", "her", or what...  They seem to be fine stuck in the middle also, and it depends on the day, how they identify.  Normally male though.  I don't know...

Forget it. If you didn't get it the first or second time then there's no point in going over it a third time.

Yes, the honesty and openness of male transvestites is the subject of the opinion poll. That is correct!

Like it was in that thread you started with your previous profile. Too bad you screwed up there by picking on me. Only this 'research' and 'opinion poll' doesn't offer clear definitions or even a clear context but just seems to be picked from the air.

You want to be drawn into a personal flaming thing, I'm refusing to be drawn. I'm through.

Now you can deceive yourself (but not many others, from what I can see) through having fun with your 'truth mission' don't let me stop you or spoil your fun.

And seeing that you need something to be upset about, I would suggest that you work out your own anger issues before bothering yourself with what others here are doing.

Happy now? You can vent all you like, flame me, call me all the names under the sun. I won't be here to read it.

Have fun.

I wish you well.
