Now come on, Ron....if Rush could buy a sports team and then run a couple of wildcat operations into the ground, Karl Rove might make him President!

Political cartoonists, for one, would think they'd found Valhalla.

Also, kind of hard to run a team when players have already flat out said they would refuse to play on it or even play against it if he owned them. I mean, I suppose two place kickers and a running back could still beat the Raiders or Lions, but, otherwise, he's going to need a lot more than that to make a team.

Whether he is allowed to be a part of the purchase or not I feel as most he should have the right to do so....and not be denied simply because other may or may not like him or his politics.....

As for those that say they will not play IF he is allowed to be a part of that purchase, or play against the team....then all I have to say for those folks is let them refuse and give up those millions of dollars they are making for themselves and their families playing a game, and by doing so get rid of them and I am sure you will find others that are more than willing to get into the NFL and replace them, and for a lesser salary to.

But who's to say that IF they remove him from the group, that he does not simply come back in as a silent partner/backer so to speak?

"Political cartoonists, for one, would think they'd found Valhalla. "

one one hand, speaking as someone paid to draw and ink for publication, this is partly correct (but only partly) because it's - at the beginning - easy.

but the fan (versus the actual illustrator) forgets that even guys who can "get the job done" in Henri Matisse 15 lines or less, or wankerfuckstick beloved Image cocklessfanboy crap 160 lines in one panel, will get very sick very quickly of drawing THAT manner of material every week.

That's where 'Valhalla' becomes 'Hel' in less than a quarter of a year.

Which public figure can be quoted as having said something bigoted and disgusting and it doesn’t matter whether he did or not because he might have? Who can Big Media brand a racist without checking the facts? Who has to prove he did not say something racist, rather than the accuser proving he did?

A pat on the back for anyone who guessed the answer:
