I agree that going to the other extreme isn't an improvement. I've actually never heard Air America. I was curious, but I've just never gotten around to it, as it's just not something that interests me. Just as Rush, Beck and company don't interest me either. I'm a news junkie, and I like to hear analysis and features. Opinions and commentary I can do without. I'll think for myself, thanks.

I got no special treatment my ass. Rush doesn't carry a health care plan. He can pay for any treatment he has out of his checking account. He was well cared for. Don't blame the messenger (thinkprogress) for reporting the facts. Hawaii does have health reform in place and many of the same laws they have are in both bills to to protect people from being ripped off by the insurance industry Which Rush has done nothing but attack But then again by looking at your posts in this treads, you're not concerned with facts, just getting people going and well it gets old

Thinkprogress doesn't report facts, it isn't a news source. And "getting people going"? Hilarious. Look at the premise of this thread, "Ah, hah hah hah, a conservative had a heart attack and with any luck he will die,... ah, hah hah hah..." Sauce for the goose, you know? If I've got some people going in this thread as you say then thats a pat on the back so near as I'm concerned. A compliment. And yeah, Lucy was a little wound up, wasn't she. But she shouldn't dish it out if she can't take it, and she dishes enough of it out.

I recall back in the day, when I was a fan of Limbaugh (early 90's) I eventually got fed up with him, not because of his viewpoints or policy, but after 3 hours a day of sarcasm, cynicism, snarkiness and barely veiled bitterness made me feel like I needed to detox and scrub off. Interesting you say you used to be a fan of Limbaugh, Animus. I used to be a Rush head, too. Late 80's I believe was when I tuned in to his (then) tv show, never missing a day lol. Not too long ago, this year, I saw an interview on Rush Limbaugh on the Today Show. It was interesting. Maybe even may give a little peak into the Rush we don't know. Ahh heck...who am I kidding.
