Status: offline 		So I have been thinking about this all day today. In the "Financially secure" thread someone said feminism was a success, so why should he pay for women? I also thought about a thread long ago when a friend was asking for advice about a bad dominant that abused females. All of a sudden men started saying, "you have no proof". So women tend to be objectified, demoralized and then demonized, They are used and then called whores for it,while men are patted on their backs and called studs.

So how come there is not a demeaning equivalent for slut, cunt, whore for men, that packs the same punch?

Lets talk about this...

It doesnt have the same demeaning connotation. Call a man a manwhore, its a compliment.

for this slave, it is the intent behind the words that determines this slave's perception of insult or not...not the inherent right/wrong-ness of any specific word used towards any specific gender identity.

I don't think the same applies to calling him bill clinton though

It isn't the same, very true. A great deal of the time, as soon as the word "feminism" is uttered, my eyes start rolling like a bus down a cliff, but not on this topic. Maybe it's just because I want women to feel free to fuck, but still....

I was remembering a line from the Feminist Novel ; a work of fiction by Marilyn French called "The Woman's Room". that sort of told the story of why there was a women's movement. The book characters were living through the late 50s and early 60's. The men cheated, the women were miserable and took pills. Anyhoo, there was a line in the book i will never forget. It said basically. "Men hate Niggers and Spicks but they are afraid of them. Woman don't even get the respect of fear".

I don't consider "douchebag" to be necessarily "woman oriented." Of course if it is because douchebags are for washing "stuff" out of a women, how about "scumbag?"

Because women tend not to want a man who is a virgin or close to it.(Untested,unproven, no reference history, no practice) And men want a woman who is not a whore or a semi-recovered one.   Men and women tend to look for different things.

I had this conversation with my mom years ago. And that was my answer to her. If women looked for men that were virgins then things would change. Us men are by definition whores. Calling a man a whore has the opposite effect than was intended. Now tell him he can only fuck ugly women and that will work.
