Tim Tebow's mother is running a pro-life ad on Super Bowl Sunday. Many on the left are having a meltdown 11 days before the big game. Why ? I thought that they were for a womans right to choose ? She made a choice 22 years ago to not abort her 5th child. Why the fuss.?

Yes. You raise a good point. Why are the leftists angry that she didn't abort him? Her love of life must be what irritates them, her piety and love for Christ Jesus must strike fear and loathing into their dark Satanic souls. Well...that, plus the fact that NBC rejects issue oriented ads, no matter how mild or well spoken. They reject all issue ads, except this one. This one that explicitly advocates repealing a legal right that is the law of the land. So that might be one reason the dirty commies have their knickers in a twist. That and their dark Satanic souls, of course.

As a woman, i agree its all about choices... the right to chose to keep or abort, to put it bluntly. i applaud this woman and her decision so many years ago. and i have mo issue with her running her ad. However, equal time should be given to both sides. Its about a woman's choice... not one woman's choice being the only one for everyone.

The heat will be turned up this week. It's still new news. I will be interested hearing a logical explanation from someone who thinks that this ad is a bad thing.

I think you just did - CBS declined to broadcast all issue ads, until this one came along. Will they allow an opposing viewpoint to be broadcast (not for free)? I'm wondering if it will be like the "Life...What a beautiful choice" ads. The irony being that the sponsors are doing all they can to remove the possibility of choice.
