Until every man can take responsibility for their gonads sprouting seed instead of dumping it on the women as "her problem", wether by leaving her, telling her to get rid of it, offering money for an abortion or end of the relationship, or deny the possibility that its his,or worse, beat the siht out of her for "getting herself up the duff".....  there will be women who feel that way.
If you dont understand why women say that, count yourself lucky

domiguy -> RE: Tom Tebow's Mom. (1/28/2010 4:23:35 PM)

Maybe they could do a commercial featuring Cherica Adams' mother on how happy she is that Rae Carruth was never aborted.

Level -> RE: Tom Tebow's Mom. (1/28/2010 4:27:55 PM)

Unblock me, dammit!

Or put Mrs Adams on one goaline, Mrs Tebow on the other, and Plaxico Burress at midfield with a rifle... take turns shooting at each one.... first one to go down, gets their ad on.

I will never understand why women feel like that.  Ever.  Women stand there and preach that they want equality, and yet, when it's given to them, they blame men.  Women have just as much responsibility to use birth control as men do.  Aside from going so far as a vasectomy, or pulling out early and still ejaculating into a condom, men have the option of condoms right now(as far as I remember, but maybe that's changed since last I looked?)  Women have multiple options.  IUDs, vaginal condoms, pills, patches, nuva rings, injections...Women have, in my opinion MORE responsibility than men do.  So blaming men is counter-productive in my opinion.

If women want men to pay for child support, then men should have a say in whether or not the fetus should be aborted.

Lucylastic -> RE: Tim Tebow's Mom. (1/28/2010 4:35:21 PM)

The fact that you dont understand, is honestly not surprising

Sorry I haven't read the rest of the thread but just had to comment on this.

AsmodaisSin - most of the hormonal contraceptives for women have side effects (at the extreme end of the scale a tumour I had was directly related to long term use of the pill) and the non-hormonal iud's can wreak havoc with a woman's periods (increased cramping and bleeding) whereas for men it actually is simple to slide a condom onto the end of their penis but for a number of men it is as if we are asking them to cover their dicks with a barbed wire glove.

I am all for both people taking responsibility and facing the consequences of their actions rather than it becoming a pissing match over who is to blame.

Never be offended by anything Lucy says, it never contains the least bit of logical thought. Your posts are right on. Cries that women are justified to exclude men from decisions on abortion because a few men have been abusive etc. is the height of sophistry.

That sucks that you had a tumor.  I'm using the Nuva Ring, and it's wonderful.  It keeps my periods regular, I don't get as moody as I did on the pill, and it's easy to insert and remove.

And y'know what?  If you're not proud enough of who you are to say wrap or walk...I have little sympathy for you.

Edit:  Especially in this lifestyle.  If any one of us asked our partner to wrap up, they'd willingly do so in most circumstances.

You're misquoting.  I said pulling out and cumming into the still-on condom.  That's a little safer than cumming in the condom in her, no?

Absolutely nobody is pro-abortion. Nobody promotes it as if it were a desirable thing, and something to be aspired to. Get some education, for fucksake. \

Although now that I think of it, I just had some wicked cool ideas for some pro-abortion commercials [:(] .

Have someone kicking a fetus through the crossbars?

I was more thinking along the lines of Hitler or JonnieBoy running in slow mo' across a football field with "The Chariots of Fire" playing in the background. If that's not pro termination... I don't know what is.

So what you are saying is that IF a woman decides to keep the baby, then men dont have to pay child support unless they agreed for the baby to be born.

uh... no. flawed logic here. IF a man doesnt want to pay child support, he has a few options. snip it, cover it, or keep it tucked away. then again, anal is always an option... lol

As the law stands, its her decision. he has no options, no ability to demand she do anything. nor should he. this really is a warped argument that you have here, Asmodais. NO one can tell you what to do with your body. If they could, many would be forced to be sterilized, castration would be the name of the game for many sex offenders, and the ability to force a woman to have an abortion to prevent her from signing up for welfare would be the next target.

You raise a good point. Why are the leftists angry that she didn't abort him? Her love of life must be what irritates them, her piety and love for Christ Jesus must strike fear and loathing into their dark Satanic souls.

Well...that, plus the fact that NBC rejects issue oriented ads, no matter how mild or well spoken. They reject all issue ads, except this one. This one that explicitly This one that explicitly advocates repealing a legal right that is the law of the land.

So that might be one reason the dirty commies have their knickers in a twist.
That and their dark Satanic souls, of course.

As of this time, it's my understanding that while some few have seen transcripts, no one has seen the ad itself. It is my undertsnading, further, that the ad specifically does NOT do anyything like " explicitly advocates repealing a legal right that is the law of the land. "

But, gee, I dunno, maybe you produced it or sumpin.
Or just like to make shit up.

My only problem is that CBS rejected a pro gay marriage ad for the last Super Bowl they broadcast. It was produced by a church group and was deemed too controversial. This ad is definitely controversial and produced by a religious group and should be rejected as well.

It strikes me as evil- actually, truly evil- that "Celebrate Life" could possibly be considered controversial.
