ORIGINAL: jujubeeMB I know this is not going to make me particularly popular, but I've just finished an experiment that I think had VERY interesting results, and I wanted to share. I started a fake profile as a straight male dom, and I made him very average looking, early 40s, with a profile that was very well thought out and tailored to sound extremely attractive to your average female sub. I said that I was "not looking for something casual," and that submission was something I felt I had to earn, as I earned a person's trust and respect. I put that I was looking for a partner in this, and that while I had quite a bit of experience and a passion for dominance, each person was unique and I had no illusions that I knew everything. I put all my interests as non-sexual things. I GOTTA GET ME THAT PROFILE!!!! Man, you could sell a profile like that to guys. Like they say out here in Hollywood, its all about sincerity- if you can fake that, you got it made. Seriously, I don't have any particular issue with her experiment, other than it shows pretty much what everyone already knows- that if you are a SINGLE, at least moderately attractive man, and can express yourself without cockpics and misspellings of "puzzy" and "bitch", you will probably garner some interest. As for the innocent victims who are now sitting like Glenn Close tugging a light on and off over and over, well its not like we don't get the occasional "too good to be true" email. Kim and I have been pulled down the path of a weeks worth of emails and chats before we figured we were being played- but we shrugged it off and chalked it up to experience.
