ORIGINAL: wittynamehere By the way, you should heed your own advice. There is NO medication for Asperger syndrome. In fact, it's one of the only conditions for which there is no medical treatment whatsoever. :) i could be wrong, totally. not claiming to be an expert: i've just been exposed to this offline and i'm seeing a correlation. one of the men i used to be an aide for had asperger's and took antidepressants. when he was on his meds he improved by leaps and bounds, and this is coming from somebody who thinks that it's better treated by a combination of therapy and medication. antidepressants can be pretty dicey as far as results, but again, he did great with them. he told me that his doctor gave him the pills for his asperger's, but he could've been lying. again, i'm not an expert: just throwing my opinion out there and wanting to hear others.
