ORIGINAL: VideoAdminAlpha No, it's not a problem, I just dont see how its productive. Up to you, speculate all you like, I did not mean that at all, but the past is the past. There are some that think I have treated them unfairly, you have seen at least one poster on this thread that thought I could have handled something differently, so no Mod will get brownie points from everyone. However, we don't normally allow discussion of users who are no longer here, as they are not here to defend themselves, whether users or Moderators. So I would ask that you respect that, it is not because you are talking about a Moderator. As I said long ago, and have not abided by, I think I have spoken enough on this thread, and although yall are free to discuss whatever you would like, I feel that it is time for the admin to get out of the conversation, so I am going to do my paid work, and wish you all a wondrous night.[:)] This confuses Me a bit, too. I understand the reasoning for it in one sense, but in another, I don't. We've got folks who are on the site and changed names and threads that are still current, even though the folks are gone. There was a thread today that I was terribly tempted to ask if the OP reminded the folks on the board of a poster with another name. I suppose I could have called him "Mr Tighty Whities" and all of the regulars of that board would have known who I meant due to the similarities. It just seems a little odd not referring to past profiles when we have this. [sm=modxiiswatching_.gif] good point i appreciate you approving my post in this thread (as it was critical), but at the same time you really don't address the content. im just really confused by what purpose a 2 month ban holds, especially for a very tiny infraction. if your aim is to get me to leave altogether, either instruct me as such or just ban me outright. i don't want to be on a forum where i am not welcome. if your aim is to get me to rehabilitate myself and post within the guidelines, a deleted post and a warning would have been sufficient. the original poster (ladypact) implied that my desire here is to disrupt- that is absurd. my desire here is the same as the majority of people: to contribute to a dialogue and extract information. the stuff discussed here is very relevant to my life, and is the only place that i can really get this kind of interaction. because of this, being banned 2 months on a technicality is all the more frustrating. i know if given that chance i could fit in very well.
